And yet witnesses preach a total no violence line to the point of going to prison rather than goto war with their fellow man in line with Jesus's words. they would have to totally deny the bible to change this stand.

On the one hand we have Russia that wants to decide what heavily censored religions it's people follow by banning ones the Russian Bigwigs decide are for whatever reason not approved of.

On the other hand we have France that thinks "well, we don't approve of these religions so lets make them pay for the privilege of being in our country. Mmm loadsa money!!!"

Neither of these are anything new to God's people banning and fining has been around since when religion first started. I think turning on religion will be something unique when it happens but that is my personal thought. The rivers of people are aready drying up as the bible predicted.

i know many hundreds of jw's and there are several common.

threads that tie them together.. 1. they were born into the truth and got married, had.

children and now have deep jw family ties.. 2. people who are so gullible that they believe everything.

Neutrality- the wbts

i would like the preface my statement:there is a religion that is totally neutral in wars,neutral in gov't, neutral in the judiciary,however that religion is not the j.w./wbts.the reason is the wbts uses the court system to fight it's battles.as an example a court case in canada about blood.they lost the case so now they must obey satan's system/gov't.they cannot now say we must obey god rather than man because they put their faith in satan's system hoping for victory which came not.another case in france,they did not want to pay what the gov't asked,so they used satan's system and lost.why put faith in satan system hoping you can get a short repreeve.how can they say they are neutral when they use satan's system.another example would be flag saluting,take it to court and lose,so now you have to salute(took god out of the picture).. how many ot examples are there that the nation of israel went to the pagan's court.why did not jesus call for angelic help when he was before the court(sanhedrin).yes the j.w./wbts have a very narrow view of neutrality.it is not only war,it is gov't,it is the judiciary as a battle ground as well.. bob.

ps:the court system has changed over the years: look at how liberal it is today,same sex marriages,gay rights,etc, so is the wbts putting faith in the court system.it will sting them in the behind..

isn't that example a major problem for any christian religion that actually follows the bible? homosexuality is universally condemned by Gods word the bible. So a government deciding using those parametres is basically deciding on religious doctrine itself and ignoring the source aka bible for christians.

i suppose you could say that since the economy was in total shambles and the flu wreaking havoc, the circumstances played right into their hands.

theres no way i would have sat home for 22 days if i had had work.

I remember doing a similar story on topix for christendom a heaven and hell scenario. With all the people being happy in heaven ignoring the screams from the eternally damned in hell never able to turn the sound off.

I could try and do one for atheism but it would just end at death!

Or I could write a story about us today normal nice people doing no wrong accept supporting their governments treatment of other countries and people and attrocities done to them.

I can see the writer on this one is trying to make some sort of concentration camp/big brother type parallel but it's just speculation.
