  I have to admit that this is far from what I foolishly enough waited in my younghood as a JW. I might even contemplate we already have passed the majuscule A. In that case I am satisfied with the present situation and do not believe in the shiny future pictures published by the borg.

  i havn't been to a "kingdub hall" for 2yrs, but for anyone still going would you try this & report back?

  More than 30 years ago I tipped off the conductor of the finnish WT-study that there is a passage that is not translated properly and that I had notified local BO (body odour eh?). The sunday came along and at that particular question I did not raise my hand. Yet I was pointed to answer. I said that quoting what was printed on our "Vartiotorni" it looks as.... Finally I had scent from body odour admitting that this passage was wrongly translated. I mentioned this to the person in question. All he said was "so what?"

  In a moment like this one is easily rendered speechless - so was I.

  It seems very obvious that one person can not have unlimited number of Friends (with majuscule F). So it is a total fallacy to universally describe bible-pushers of any sort as friends if the congregation consist of more than two.

  But the catch word for me was your nanosecond - as short it may be the society still have hope to speed the process up. There is still pico-, femto- and attosecond to be utilised.

  november 11 is remembrance day in canada.

  i believe it's called veteran's day in the us.

  is this anniversary of the end of ww1 recognized in other countries?

  This year the 11th of November is celebrated as father's day in Finland. It is counterpart for mother's day celebrated by the second sunday of May. This father's day is also fixed to sunday so next year it will be 10th.

  Here these days are sort of "be decent to me at least one day a year - never mind the rest".

  We do not celebrate any of the idea described above messages.

  my daughter just called me and said to look up at the sky to the left of the moon.

  there were two huge red glowing areas in the sky.

  The last TOTAL solar eclipse of the said millenium was 11th of August 1999. During year 2000 was 4 partial solar eclipses:

  And quoting only one exact time is boloney. The shadow created by an eclipse glides over Tellus surface it is not a single moment. This 1999-08-11 eclipse took place 10.51...11.03 UT and and was not visible in US as TOTAL. And even deliberate choosing of time zone would not fit 11.11 timing.

  I would rather leave these mispresentations to WTBTS as they are specialized on this field. They might start from 1988-09-11 eclipse that happened 13 yrs ago.
