that's funny, Ding , revelation says the last one is killed with the axe then the four winds of destruction are let loose . The WTBTS makes a mess out of dogma .

Which 'THIS' generation will by no means pass away?
by ThomasCovenant ini know this has been said a thousand times already but oodads posting reminded me of when i got to thinking about the generation teaching at a family get together we had a couple of months ago with some witness relatives and so much wanted to ask this question at the table.
imagine it is the year 1914, and jesus walks into the room and sees these four generations of males.
he says ''this generation will by no means pass away until all these things occur''.. which of the four generations is he talking about?.

Blues brother - last one I went to they spent about half the time telling them why they aren't qualified , that article there mentions it . I actually went just in case some apostates tried any thing but left as they were passing around the bread . They really do build them up as super christians or something it's ridiculous . I studied with one claiming the calling , he wasn't very bright .

As I've said on the board many times is that they view the GC as foreign proselytes not in the covenant but able to worship as a christian . Today they can hold positions in the congregation but cannot serve as high priest such as they would like them to view the WTBTS president . I think the GC have a very good deal when you read they never know death at all so means they are judged and found righteous before death where as the saints have to be martyred in conection with the good news preaching work. I don't agree with their view that the LF can die of natural causes and still qualify. They have that whole memorial thing completely screwed up exept for finding the actual passover evening . The question of how can jesus be perfect is easily answered when you think of modern science and cloning . He was adopted by mary and joseph but actually was from outter space in the kingdom where his genes were cloned . He did not inherit the adamic curse because mary and joseph were not his biological parents.

what is the all time best example of the WT selective history?
by Aussie Oz init's almost like there are so many little things that add up to a lot, a lot of evidence that the wt selectivly presents its history, and even attempts to re-write it at times.. but if you had to choose just one item to prove your point, what would it be?.

The old ,"millions now living will never die". identifying the Great Crowd , all that nonsense is cleverly covered up . Now they even changed the generation that does not pass away to be overlapping and not the generation of 1914 where they would DF any one that tried to correct them . Really screwed up cult there.

Jehovahs Witnesses and the Memorial of Christs Death
by Greybeard inhave you ever been invited to someones home for dinner, but not eaten any of the food?
only sat there and watched them eat?
what purpose would that serve?

Human sacrifice was necessary for salvation and also acceptable in the context of martyrdom . It's the only way the saints prove they are worthy with that last final test of self sacrifice so they then get to be resurrected as spirits and rule with jesus for the millenium and forever basically.

Of cousrse most J'hos believe they are the Great Crowd so the resurrection isn't an issue , they been saying they identified them since the 30's so they stopped eating and drinking believing they would never die and the kingdom would come in their lifetime of which most are now dead. I believe the ritual to be a death pact anyway and not the symbolic death of dying as to the world but a litteral martyring as jesus was .

how exactly does god communicate w/ the gb?

That's one of the just answer with ,we just know , now stop asking silly questions . Even tho rutherford cut it off in the 30's they sprout up here and there , it must be the allure of matza and cheap wine that tells them they are .+ =

The biggest non event in history .LOL The early church didn't just show up to nibble a cracker and sip some wine , it was actually a dinner as was the one that jesus was part of . Something the WTBTS refuses to recognize . It does say according to the apostle paul that unless you plan to eat and drink then don't bother showing up.
