LB,
Reborn wont be answering as he is currently blocked in my driveway.
He says he wishes he would have gotten my advice earlier though.
Lets see, late fees on $50.00 for almost 1 year would be about...

well, i just got home and im piping madd.. im laughing about it as well though because i outsmarted them at their own game and got a rant off my chest.. heres what happened.
an acquaintance i used to go to the hall with.. who is also 3 years younger than me asked me for money about 6 months ago.. at the time, i loaned him $50 to get the tires on his car fixed.
in that time period, not only did he move out of his parents house to an undisclosed location because he decided to stop going to the kh.. but i also da myself in that time frame.. due to the fact he moved out, i havent been able to reach him.. i tried calling his parents home to discover his current location or at least to tell them if he contacts them, to be sure to have him reach me because he owes me money.. no response.

well, 2002 comes to a close and it's been a busy year.. we have had over 380,000 posts!
in them we've laughed, we've cried, we've celebrated and commiserated, we've fallen out and made up and we've seen new people come and people move on.. what's to come in 2003?.
well, some changes .... the new forum is nearly ready (though i expect will never be 'finished' lol) and i think it is a good opportinity to do some things differently and make a 'fresh start'.. i have incorporated features that will allow me to give other people the chance to get involved running the site so it becomes less 'mine' and more 'ours'.
Simon,
Thanks for all you have done and continue to do.
Yours and Randys sites have been such a Godsend for me.
Hope this year brings only good things to you and your family!

Reborn,
I would just keep sending bills to that address and begin adding late fees if it isnt paid after 30 days from that date.
That is bizarre of them to call the cops to get rid of you.
I have to admit if you were in my driveway I might try blocking you in too. Only cuz yer so darn cute though.
the term "paradise earth" is one frequently used by the wts.
while researching the scriptural references to "paradise" (and the official wts explanation for each), i was surprised with what i found regarding the location of paradise.
these are the only three places that the word "paradise" can be found in the bible.. .
I have thought about this.
Honestly regardless of biblical proof, I just cant imagine a paradise on earth. I guess its because its so screwed up right now. If given the choice to live forever, I would prefer a more spiritual existance. This fleshly life on earth aint all that its cracked up to be.
Sassy LB,
I had a feeling you would be in here. Paradise in Heaven? Hmmm, I guess you will just have to ask my man about that one.
.
do you think that you expect too much from people?
do you often get disappointed when expectations are not realized?edited by - minimus on 1 january 2003 10:28:52.
Big Tex said,
"Expect nothing and you won't be disappointed.
Usually in life you receive what you send out."
SO very true!
happy new year all..... i hope your new year had a better start then mine did.. my partner and i stayed up to 2am new years day to welcome in the new year in a way neither of us could before.. we were really looking forward to our sleep in when we were rudely awoken by my visiting father at 6am to say that we better get downstairs quick smart!!.
we walk down the stairs to see nearly a foot of water through the bottom of our house!!!!!!!!!!.
our hot water system decided to pack it in and break its seals thus water through the house.
Yikes, I hope things get better for you.
We also had some bad weather last night and stayed in. I couldnt imagine driving in it sober, let alone drinking. I guess Im not one for those reeeally late night parties anymore. Im also a bit under the weather so I fell assleap only to have the kids wake me up in time for Dick Clark to drop the ball. Today has been nice and quiet, Im a bit out of it since I took some sinus meds only to notice they were "Nighttime" after I swallowed them.
I hope this year is a good one for everyone.
Take Care.
legend has it that this waltz was inspired when chopin saw a cat chasing its tail.
waltz in d-flat major opus 64 no.
1 (minute waltz).
Farkel,
Love your music.
Please continue sharing.
i received this and thought i'd share it with you:.
i thought these were some interesting statistics from 100 years ago!.
year of 1902. .
XW,
Its is amazing, isnt it?
I often think back to the changes my grandparents witnessed during their lifetime.
Its hard to imagine going from riding in a horse drawn carriage as a little girl to driving your own luxury vehical with cruise control. I wish they were still here to experience the power of being online, I would have loved to see the look on my grandfathers face. I remember how excited he was just to get cable television access in his small town.
not my words, but that of a very cherished person.
they were spoken a while back, but are so very fitting.
wish you all a very beautiful new year, let's hope and pray this one is better than the last.. .
Moe,
Thanks so much for sharing this.
Mango,
You have always touched me with your posts, artwork and your adorable photos. Even when you have been angry and acted out, I could relate. I could see so much of myself in you when I was your age. You are so deep, I can tell that you have been through so much more turmoil than most women have by their twenties. We all make mistakes because we are human. We can pull ourselves up and become stong, if we allow it to happen. I can tell that you are not a quitter and have such a good heart.
Take care BEA -utiful
funny test!
