  1 more question for mouthy.

  The only evidence for Jesus is in the bible.

  The other writing that he apears in are all rejected because the stories and books were too crazy, and the Catholics would not put those books in the bible.

  How do you explain that there is no other evidence that Jesus ever existed?

  What about the other points that he brings up?

  The more reseach I did I found out man have been on this earth for hundreds of thousands of years, a global flood never happened (didn't jesus refer to one), most of the Old Testament is ridiculous (God doesnt test us but ask one of his faithful servants to kill his own son), the egyptians have never enslaved jews, and last but not least (there are many more) there is no way in heaven or hell a couple of people uploaded every animal into a ark and afterward populated the world over 6 billion peoples of all races in less than 4.5 thousand years.

  We now know that people have been on this planet more then 6,000 years.

  We now know that is it impossible for the flood to be global.

  There is no evidence that the egyptians ever enslaved the jews.

  Dont these, and many other, points prove that the bible is men's word and not gods?

  hello guys!i am just introducing myself here.

  i have been visiting this site for about a year but never really posted much but i have really learned and enjoyed the topics on this forum, in fact i think this is the best discussion forum i have yet to come across .. a little about my situation is i am a non religious person married to a devout witness, when i met him 4 yrs ago he was out in the "world", never really mentioned his beliefs as we were enjoying life without it.

  the more we dated the more i realized that something wasn't right.

  I would love to see the answers that they give to your questions.

  The problem is that you can't put a worldwide flood before the pyramids because there would not be the amount of time required to build a empire even if we were off a few hundred year for the pyramids.

  You also cant put the pyramids during the flood because that dont make any sense (that they built some pyramids and then were destroyed and then some of Noah's kids came back and built more pyramids).

  You cant put them after the flood after the building of the pyramids because we have complete history after they were build and we know that it was not a flood that destroyed the egyptian nation.

  Looks like to me that there was no flood.
