  JWs thinking 'Satan is out to get me!'

  i met a jw who said he hated driving to the kh because satan always changed the traffic lights to red so that he'd be late.

  this is so absurd, showing how paranoid some of them are.

  what similar, equally retarded, reasoning have you come across?

  Names of the Angels

  hi all, this might be a silly question but i am honestly thinking about it.

  i don't believe in god or angels but i am still curious as to this: the bible says that the stars are too many to number but that god knows them all "even by name".

  logically then he would know the names of all his myriads of angels, right?

  " i have to attend a few meetings as i will visit my parents who don't know i am fading.

  in a recent thread by mr. flipper, he encouraged people like myself - out (although not officially) of the cult, and young enough to live our dreams.

  'get an education' etc.

  well, i'd love to, excet i am in a dead end job with no satisfaction because i don't have further education.

  i told my wife some time back that i would fade, and i compronised that i'd still attend the memorials and assemblies (at least for now).

  november 1st is the 'special' assembly day.

  she said she doesn't care if i listen or not, it is more to help her with the baby.
