she said this some weeks ago, and ever since i have been noticing that it is the more mature of the mature population still wearing leopard print, and zebra print fashions.

granted occasionally i see younger gals wearing that stuff too, but its usually as an accessory such as a shawl.

The only animal print I have are some red leopard print leggings my mother-in-law got for me. I love them, however, I only wear them around the house.

Suggest a coffee maker, please

i can expect my coffee pots to malfunction usually about the time the year warranty runs out.

i have gotton the coffeemakers at jip*lmart for the last 10 years or more; none have lasted much longer than a year..ok maybe 18 months at the most.. anyway, since it stopped brewing, i have just been pouring hot water from stovetop over the coffee grinds....sort of the melita way, but it doesn't exactly f l o w like a melita.. i would like to have something non-electric like melita, but i hate that name now because it reminds me of jacarass's ill tempered wife.. can anyone recommend a good coffee maker?.

also, do you find any difference in the quality of a name brand product when it's sold at jip*mart as opposed to a place more upscale?.

My husband and I just got our Gevalia coffee pot today. We love it! I have had one before, but he has not. He notices a difference in the way the coffee tastes (much better!) and it is HOT! (Our last coffee pot was a $10 department store model, and the coffee was hardly hot when it was first made even!) It has a cone shaped filter, which I think allows for the better taste, as it is brewed more thoroughly. It is programmable, it has a pause and serve feature, and it shuts off on its own after a few hours..so, if you leave it on by accident and leave the house, no big deal...it will shut off on its own. This one came with a large thermal carafe and a thermal travel mug along with a pound of coffee (you choose the flavors)...all for under $30! Go to their website and look around.

this is totally out of my usual realm of posting but i really would like some input, please (may you all have peace!).

i have supervised many employees over the years and have dealt with all kinds of issues, except this one... although i know it's not uncommon.

i have a staff member who has the worst halitosis.

i know i amm arriving to this thread late.....but the halitosis could also be occuring because of infected, needing to be removed tonsils. this happened to me. it was horrible. but now i have had my tonsils removed, due to constant infection, and the halitosis is no longer an issue. yay

i guess i'm a sci-fi person, so...i like that kind of stuff and it's rare to see it in mainstream tv.

GRRRRRRR!!!! Upon further research, Heroes is cancelled along with FlashForward!!! So aggravating! If anyone has watched the season finale of either show, it really stinks that they got the axe...because things were happening that required the show to continue! I know there comes a time for shows to come to an end, but come on...FlashForward was just getting started!!! Ah well, hopefully we will find some more favorite shows....

Does anyone know if FlashForward has been cancelled for sure? I just saw the season finale today and have been reading online that it isn't slated to have a 2nd season. Wonder if anyone knows for certain? This is one show I love to watch with my husband...along with Heroes, Caprica, 24 (sad to see it end!), Human Target...we love all kinds of sci-fi/action shows. I definitely miss Seinfeld!!! That was and still is my all time favorite show!

seriously....been there and done that out of necessity. lived in the wilderness for one month. it was the worst, something i hope i never have to do again. it is no walk in the park. it is scary and awful. please dont joke about or even contemplate it. if you have questions feel free to message me.
