i was just sitting here at work fantasizing what i would do if i won the lottery.
first i would pay off all my bills, .
then i would donate to some very worthy causes...(i'm sure you can guess a couple of them).
I would reward all my family and friends and smite all my enemies... :-)

She was promptly disfellowshipped, and of course, lost all her family and friends in the process. She became very depressed and eventually committed suicide. Nothing ever happened to the husband. A few years later, the Borganization changed their policy, and decided that beastiality was adultery after all.

today, some friends told me that something historic happened this past week.while they were watching the today show(i think) they saw a new commercial from the society.
they were amazed that the society would put on a commercial.
they told a group of witnesses about what they saw at a get together.

I don't know about Art Worsley's situation, but I do believe that Alternative Medicine has saved people's lives in some situations. Years ago, I read about the Max Gerson Therapy which he presented to Congress (I think) back in the 1930s. He never made a claim that it worked for everyone, but had documented sucess rates of about 30% - 40%.
This might not sound like a lot, but all these people were told by their regular doctors that there was "no hope" and they were basically given up for dead.
Most of his patients came to him after conventional medicine failed and were trying this as a last resort.
I think there needs to be a balance though. We have made great strides in modern medicine, but unfortunately here in North America, anyone who believes in "Alternative Medicine" is viewed as a wacko. Alot of natural remedies such as St. John's Wort, Gingko Biloba, Natural Progesterone Cream, have been prescribed by doctors in Germany for years as an alternative to drugs. While drugs can certainly save someone's life, it doesn't get at the root of the problem which needs to be addressed if the person is to completely heal.

the worst magazines i tryed to place was about 13 months ago i think 1 was the watchower on witchcraft and the other was the elderly commiting suicide.i thought how the hell am i going to offer this mag on witchcraft, i think i ended giving them to the pioneers,i mean what sort of presentation could i use with this witchcraft article i suppose i could of spoke about the blair witch project and tell them how c:@p it was,i mean i loved horror films.and to make things worse the magazine about the elderly commiting suicide "oh god" that was a bad one especially when i had to offer it at an old peoples home.

Years ago there was one on "Cleanliness" and me and a teenage guy were at a door of a rather run-down decrepit house that looked like the Clampets used to live there........anyhoo, we weren't too interested in placing the mags, so the guy I was with just said "we're offering the W&A for fifty cents."
Amazingly, the householder (who looked like he was still drunk from the night before and didn't know what the word "cleanliness" even meant) went to get fifty cents, and while in the other room, my partner goes "what a fly-infested dump!" I smashed him hard because the window on the door was open and I'm sure the guy heard.......I never forgot that, I was so embarassed!!!
is the god of the bible, as bible accounts tell us and according to witness theology clever or a bit daft and wasteful?.lets look at a few things.. god creates man.so in someway man is designed by god.now for some reason which is either a natural law which god cannot break, an error on his part or done on purpose, man is able to become imperfect.so either god could not forsee this or he carried on despite knowing what would happen if man turned imperfect.. was god right to do this?if you were god would you have carried on?was it right that if only the first two humans managed to become imperfect or made by god imperfect that all humans from then on would now be so cursed?is god using a dodgy programme or does he have no power to do things differently?.
then god sets laws for humans.it is up to god what man can and can not do.truble is these are exactly the things humans what to do if imperfect.could god have changed things round a bit making it easier for humans to follow his laws?

I've asked myself that question a thousand times; the same question that everyone asks: Why does God allow bad things to happen to good people? The discovery of Samantha Runnion's rape and murder really touched a cord in everyone and I also ask: why did God allow this to happen? While it can be argued that her Grandmother was in charge of watching her and it wasn't God's fault that this happened, the point is: if I had the power to stop some low-life pig scumbag bastard like Alejandro Avila from raping and murdering an innocent child, I would and so would most humans. To stand by and do nothing would not be an option for me.
So why does God allow bad things to happen? I have no idea. I still believe in God, but I don't believe in every single word that's in the bible; alot of it is there as stories of morality.

My grandfather told me (shortly before he died), that when he was growing up in the early 1920s, his step-father tried to have sex with him.....he was 10 years old at the time. He fought back and ran to tell his mother what had happened. The result? She beat him for "telling such lies". She had apparently been a "good mother" up until this moment and he said he never forgot the look on her face when he told her what her "new husband" had tried to do........these people were not Witnesses, but there was that "we don't talk about that here" mentality that I think pervaded society in general. Best to just ignore it and if anyone brings it out in the open, just beat that person, even if they're the victim. After all, we wouldn't want to spoil our "image" as a happy, loving family now would we?
