a few years ago my 21 yr old firstborn and only son died in an accident.
i was an active jw at the time.
in fact , i was at the meeting when it happened.
After I had a miscarriage I was told ''Oh never mind, you can have another one''... ''Well you didn't know you were pregnant so it's not like you were attached to it''... I didn't know I was pregnant as I was on the pill but it failed... On the day it happened I was in terrible pain and started to bleed very heavily... I ran to the toilet as my stomach was contracting and I had passed the sac completely. I could see my tiny little kidney bean shaped baby inside it. Yeah those dubbies are insensitive bastards!
Oh and a few weeks after it happened one interfering wannabe elders wife said to me ''How on earth did YOU get pregnant''... I was shocked to say the least!

I have never watched any program with the Kardashians in. (The greatest love and peace to you Shel!) They irritate me blind and I think with the sort of money they have they could be doing a whole lot of ''good'' in this world. But no, they have a tv show about there self centered lives. Back to the topic in hand... If ANY man (or woman) spoke to their better half in that manner, they should be given their marching orders. No one has the right to belittle or humiliate another human being.... Especially not someone who ''claims'' to love that person. Grrrrrr some people make me mad!

post card from cornwall .
two weeks ago i returned from an escape to truro, cornwall the toe of england where i rented an idyllic detached cottage with my other half.
cornwall was bathed in sunshine and god was in his heaven instead of the box i usually keep him in.
I love Cornwall! It helps all my family live down there!

it was an awful weekend both of my kids were in the hospital with pneumonia.
one had to stay the night and the other was treated in the er.
it was extremely stressful and worrisome to say the least.
I'm soo glad to hear that your daughters are on the mend. Give them big hugs from the sprouts

i really am... just been attacked for posting on a dog rescue picture.
the dog was in a rta and as i was eating my dinner and couldn't see the pictures, heading or comments regarding the dog properly i posted that it could be ''dog bait injuries''... which in the area i live is a nasty problem which is rearing it's ugly head.
dogs are being stolen from back gardens to be used as bait.
