As stupid as the WTBS is, I doubt even they would be stupid enough to specifically say another date. Then again, I have been proved wrong by stupid people before.

Of course they are, because they aren't taught to think for themselves or how to interact in the real world. To JW children the world is a terrifying place full of evil people looking to do them harm.
Many JW children who leave, go out on the far end of the spectrum. They get involved in all the stuff that even "worldly" people frown upon as a way of some sort of rebellion from their controlled lives.
Not to mention a lack of college education.

Honestly, I never counted my time. I just put fake numbers in anyway. Gotta pioneer somehow. No way I was getting 70 hours a month.

My cat
by imconfused inthis is probably the stupidest thing to ever be wriiten on here, but i need to just talk/type it out.. my cat got run over last night & killed, i am a complete mess.
my hubby has gone away with work today for a few days today so im on my own & i cant cope.
i know loads of you will think, it was just a cat get over it, but dam i hurt so much.

Pets become family members and friends. If anybody has had multiple pets, then they know how amazing it is that each individual animal has its own personality. Anybody who thinks it is silly has never had a pet.

Regular Pioneers: How low will the WT go?
by Alfred inso i just came across an article in the watchtower (december 1, 1959 page 726) where it mentions that pioneers (or should i say culportuers?
) in the 1930s had to put in a minimum of 150 hoursper month in field circus with the phonograph (i'm guessing the record being played was rutherford's "millions" speech).
i have to wonder how many pioneers the wt would actually have nowadays if this were still the minimum monthly quota and if they'd still have to stand on a street corner with some sort of audio system... in today's economy, i really don't think they'll find much more than 2 potential candidates per circuit... which is obviously the reason that the gb keeps lowering the bar... .

A werid experiance i had aged 13 with an Elder?
by highdose ini had a sudden memory of somthing that i had totaly forgotten about the other day.
when i was 13 i can remember a elder in my cong cornering me in the hall and asking me in specfic detail where i got undressed?
not content with being fobbed off with "in my home" he wanted to know what room, did i ever use the bathroom?

What drives? The ability to choose
Why do I post? Who doesn't like talking with people who are of like-mindedness? It's not like I sit here posting all day. I like to read what people are thinking and reply when I have something to add. It's the same reason you use something like Facebook.
Am I atheist? I guess not because I don't claim to know that much.
