  Some people called me Santa this weekend ... my wife calls me Satan

  my mother's church was having a christmas breakfast this past weekend and needed a santa ... i volunteered.. these little ones thought i was the real deal and one is my child.

  when we returned home she went right up to my wife and said ... "mom, santa is real!".

  of course santa is real--i see him every christmas at the local preserved steam railway where i volunteer. i also see thomas the tank engine in the summer--hes real too.

  just waiting on jehovah now.

  life after the wtbts

  you can't move forward to a new, more interesting, possibly much happier life, if you're still looking behind at the former life.. there is so much obsession on here about what the wtbts is doing, and discussing all the forms of injustice and bullshit in the wtbts, or how to bring down the wtbts.

  yes, their doctrines are crazy and they are a cult and cruel to boot.

  totally out since 1981. but i have son and daughter and 7 grandkids in the cult. i only found out this woridwide internet great crowd of ex jw's 5 years ago. i'm happy to contribute my time and experience to help others to get / stay out of this cult.

  CREATIVE "DAYS" - What do JWs believe?

  a few weeks ago, i asked you to critique my website article on dinosaurs (http://www.jwbeliefs.com/what-do-jehovahs-witnesses-believe-about-dinosaurs/).

  it was pointed out that much of what i wrote depends on the creative "days" being relatively short - something i believe jws teach.. after being prompted to review my conclusions/research, i was more convinced than ever that jws promote relatively short creative days.

  the nail in the coffin was the teaching that day seven is indicative of the length of the other six days (i.e.

  no--you got it all wrong guys.

  you either believe the bible is the truth--or you dont.

  its perfectly believable that almighty god created the lot in 7 actual days---why not--? he created everything from nothing--so why not in the time frame as stated in the bible. its all a matter of faith.

  we in the psychology/sociology field have a saying "when people protest too loud usually they are overcompensating".

  i did not understand that when i first started studying psychology but now i understand it completely and it is so true.

  when i hear someone constantly bashing something or someone such as gay bashing or ethnic bashing or religion bashing sometimes i wonder what are they hiding.

  stop going to meetings for a while. tell any prying elders youve been having to work all hours to make ends meet----then ask them if they could help you out with a loan---a few hundred or so---just to tide you over. you wont see them again.
