i lite the fuse and it did the following .... .
part 1 : it starts by looking all nice and colorful, so you feel really good.. part 2 : it then keeps doing the same sparks for too long and gets boring.. part 3 : it changes colors and then looks like it is done.

Flowers in life

it was all colorful and pretty so i picked it and showed it to my mother, she called it a "flower" and i held it and kept it with me until it turned brown and faded away.. as the years went by i saw many flowers and i passed many of them without notice, even stomped a few on accident as i walked threw the field to a new destination.
the years passed so fast and so many flowers were around, and yet i only took a fading glimpse at best.. then one day i was sitting in a field wondering what the universe was all about and why life was even here.

As the years went by I saw many flowers and I passed many of them without notice, even stomped a few on accident as I walked threw the field to a new destination. The years passed so fast and so many flowers were around, and yet I only took a fading glimpse at best.
Then one day I was sitting in a field wondering what the universe was all about and why life was even here. I then looked over and saw a flower. I did not pick this one, but rather I took the time to really look at it. I looked at the peddles and how they were so balanced in a circle. The color faded from one to another with the precision of a fine artist, and the smell was something that was felt deep into my being. I realized as I set there, and looked around that there were many more flowers to look at. I realized, that the whole time the flowers were there, I was just not looking for them in the right place.
Soon the answer was in my head. I was looking for the answer to life and the universe, and the whole time it was answering me. Do you know what that answer was?
"Take time to smell the flowers"
Basically, take time to enjoy the small things of life. Then and only then you will see what life is all about, and you wont let it pass you by.

I bought a firework called the "Jehovah's Witness". I lite the fuse and it did the following ...
Part 1 : It starts by looking all nice and colorful, so you feel really good.
Part 2 : It then keeps doing the same sparks for too long and gets boring.
Part 3 : It changes colors and then looks like it is done
(At which time I walked closer to pick it up)
Part 4 : It ignited and blew up and caught me on fire and I had to role on the ground to be put out for awhile.
Part 5 : It launches out 100's of warning labels that tells you what happens when you light it. Of course, those came out after I lite it and it went BOOM!
Basically I walked away burned and not wanting to play with anymore fireworks. I decide to just read about them.

How to defend against shunning
by kenpodragon inwe all know that for the most part, many of the people on this board would be shunned in the presence of a active witness.
since this is a form of projecting negative energy, we should be aware of ways to counter these methods and protect ourselves from doubts and self destructive thoughts.

We all know that for the most part, many of the people on this board would be shunned in the presence of a active Witness. Since this is a form of projecting negative energy, we should be aware of ways to counter these methods and protect ourselves from doubts and self destructive thoughts.
Perhaps you have lived this moment. You step into a store and see a active Witness who has known you for years, they walk towards you and then realize who you are and run away with a hateful stair. How do you respond to this? Do you ignore it? Do you say something?
The fact is, no one can completely ignores something like this. You can't because you are human and you can feel the negative energy they sent to you in their demeanor and it hurt. So what can you do? Well what I love to do is say something positive to disrupt their field.
"Well it was nice seeing you, take care"
"Well I still love you, sorry you don't love me"
"Your looking good these days, sorry we couldn't talk"Why such nice statements? Well for one thing, when someone sends a negative message to you and you respond with positive it is like throwing their negative back three fold. It hits them harder then it hit you, to hear you say a kind positive word. It's a very powerful tool, as it leaves you walking away feeling like the better human and makes them look very bad to others around.
Now let's say it's family and they are shunning you in a hateful hurtful way. I have seen this more times then I care to remember, and read many examples of this online. When these family members come into the room, take the time to notice them and approach them and give them a hug and say "Great to see you!" Which will catch them off guard and drop their energy defenses, because you entered their field and planted a positive into their defenses. To really disrupted them, close the statement with "So glad you made it" or "Your looking great" and walk off. They will be so disrupted that they will have a hard time building up any negative attacks until you are long gone and out of their realm of fire.
Of course, one of the most positive protections you can make to your energy is your inner self. The part of you that is speaking in your head and telling you what to do, and debating what needs to be done. If this person is saying negative after negative then your field is negative. I know it sounds so cliché, but love yourself and others will be drawn to you ... hate yourself and others will leave you.
Defend yourself and be prepared for shunning, and practice handling it before it happens. You will not have time to think when it does, and you may take the attack without protection. Enjoy this life and let others know you are positive and care about yourself. Consider positive thinking and energy to be your condom when in the presence of negative shunning, so that you do not walk away with any Witness VD.

" the thing is when scientist have studied cultures and seen how their shaman have practiced magic, they have found that in many ways the men have used forms of meditation and prayer that relate close to the christian prayer form.

I think this is a question most people will see and go, "what is he talking about?" The thing is when scientist have studied cultures and seen how their Shaman have practiced magic, they have found that in many ways the men have used forms of meditation and prayer that relate close to the Christian prayer form. Let's take a quote from a typical Jehovah's Witness prayer about someone who has left their organization ...
"... Jehovah please allow them to see the error of their way, let the world show them that it does not have anything to offer, so that this brings them back to your organization ..."
... so basically they are communicating with their higher power to do a few things. One, to have your life become terrible and desperate. They are asking their higher power to bring hardship from the universe upon you, so that you will return to what they have directed as the safe haven they have set up for you in their mind. Two, they have asked that their higher being blind your mind to your own wants and desires and place in it the desire to return to the very thing you have left.
So are the Witnesses practicing magic? Well magic at its basic form is a means of asking energy, to direct or do what you ask of it. The ritual you use to do that, the deity you title that energy with, or the way in which it is phrase can vary across many forms of magic. The fact is though, the Witnesses are casting upon you things that you should be aware of. They are not just doing this on a one on one basic, but in circles of friends that agree to the terms when they make statements in prayer in group setting.
So perhaps the answer to the question, are Witnesses practicing magic? Has a little more meaning to us now. Those little elder warlocks ;)

How do you feel when this happens?

he tried to start preaching to me, but i was moving away and not responding.
he kept talking and asking questions.

I was heading to work today and I ran across a man holding a Bible, not a Witness. He tried to start preaching to me, but I was moving away and not responding. He kept talking and asking questions. I tried to be nice, only because I did not want to make a scene in front of the whole shopping center. I told him I was not interested, but as we know this does not seem to sink in with many.
Well I opened my store and left him outside. I was working and getting things done, when suddenly he walked into my store and told me God told him I needed to pray with him. I told him I did not see anyone talking to him. Well he said God talks to him inside, to which I told him, "that is a mental disease and he needs help, I am not going to do something just because a voice in his head told him too." I have to admit, I was laughing when I said that. Well he asked me if I believe in Jesus, to which I said "no" and he starts acting like he is going to faint. I told him to get out the Oscars will judge his acting for next year and perhaps he will win. He left, but he told me to turn the temp in my store up so that I get used to the heat of hell.
I was laughing so hard during this time, as this man is a complete joke. Do you ever have things like this happen though, and wonder what people thought of you when you were out door-to-door? I mean we think about that at times, but when you are right there you have to really think about it. Of course, the answer is ... they thought we were brainwashed cult freaks. Sad thing is we looked like that.
