Tell them that you have this new illness that makes you fart alot. You wouldn't want to trouble your brothers and sisters about it, by sitting in the same car wth them. You can't controll the sounds that it makes and it would give a bad witness.

Any Suggestions on what to say if elders ask why you stopped going in FS?
by BU2B ini was curious what might be some good things to say if i am questioned by the elduurs about my decline in fs.
anything too honest may get me a jc (although that would be for the best in the end..) the co visit is this week so they may be getting more agressive than usual.

GB approves entertainment auditioning for international delegates.
by suavojr ini don't know if this was mentioned but i spoke with a jw from atlanta, georgia that informed me that the great gb has approved jw auditions.. yes, you read that right!
now the jw's will have their own jw idol, jw voice, and dancing with jw stars, lol.. they are using an assembly hall in atlanta and jw's from all over are auditioning from 8am till 6pm.. supposedly the idea is to have live entertainment for the delegates traveling from overseas for the international conventions.. he said they have had jw's who can play all the hits from the beatles, play merengue, salsa, sing, dance, etc.. the gb is trying hard to make their cult look normal.. some of the questions this rises are,.
will it work?

Just noticed something else that proves the Bible is made up.
by BU2B inexodus 9 then the lord said to moses, go to pharaoh and say to him, this is what the lord, the god of the hebrews, says: let my people go, so that they may worship me.
2if you refuse to let them go and continue to hold them back, 3the hand of the lord will bring a terrible plague on your livestock in the fieldon your horses, donkeys and camels and on your cattle, sheep and goats.
4but the lord will make a distinction between the livestock of israel and that of egypt, so that no animal belonging to the israelites will die.?.

If they are Special Pioneers, then they would get less than what the Welfare system has to offer. If the rent is more than what that value is, then is is really weird.

The way it is explained in WT 2006-1-15 WT
When Pharaoh was told to let God’s people go, he sneered: “Who is Jehovah, so that I should obey his voice to send Israel away? I do not know Jehovah at all and, what is more, I am not going to send Israel away.” (Exodus 5:2) As a result, Egypt experienced these blows: (1) water changed to blood, (2) frogs, (3) gnats, (4) gadflies, (5) pestilence upon livestock, (6) boils upon man and beast, (7) hail, (8) locusts, (9) darkness, and (10) the death of Egypt’s firstborn, including Pharaoh’s son. Finally, Pharaoh let the Hebrews go. He even urged them to leave!—Exodus 12:31, 32 The diff is a Pestilence in Plague 5, and Death in Plague 10. They failed in elaborating the animals being affected in the 10th plague in the article.

Wow, Bella, What a terrible painful experience that must have been for you.
This would take quite some time to heal over this.
All the best,

It is similar to the account of Lot, when the two visitors(Angels) stayed at his house, and the city inhabitants of Sodom pressured him to give up the two visitors. Lot offerred up his two daughters.
Apparently, the custom in those days was to offer safety and security for your guests. Their life was considered more important than your household. This was covered under being Hospitable. The Bible has some ugly things in it, and this passage is definitely one of them. It may be there to show the mental state of what a person would do under duress. It's not a recommended practice, just history.

Almond, you have a sticky situation.
Your fiance is disfellowshipped.
You are free to remarry on scriptural grounds, but not legal grounds. This pledge of faithfullness, I would be surprised, may apply in your case. If the Elder comes back and tells you that it doesn't, then that is your answer about that loophole.
Go home and hug your fiance, and tell her that you love her forever and you both will ride out this crazy world. Then when the planets allign, you will get that paper.
Cheers and please send me an invite to the wedding, eh.
I'll bring you a great gift, and I love Karoake.
