Hilarious Rumor: Halloween falls on Friday the 13th for first time in 666 years.
by OnTheWayOut inthe date passed by already, so i will mention the silly rumor that was going around.
this is freaking hilarious.
the rumor is a gullibility joke where it is hoped that the reader fails to remember that this holiday observance is on the fixed date of october 31st.

At the gas station w/ my oldest yesterday and Manager says to me.... "pbrow?" I said "yes" and then she goes on to tell me who she is... turns out she is girl from my old hall that I grew up with. We caught up a little and she tells me that she never thought "her entire family would get out" but they are all out now. I told her I was happy for her introduced my kid and then we left.
As we were driving away my kid says "I cant believe you were her first crush" (yeah.. i did and still do "got it") But then says "that girl said "my entire family was out"... yeah out of prison"
There are times when I am not sure if the balanced, logical approach (my version of balanced and logical) is working to teach my kids the ways of the world and then days like today where I can see that she is picking it up.
Happy Halloween! Remember dont worship the kids dressed up like the undead or 3 year olds dressed up like cats!

As much as I dislike Obama the "administration is conveniently using it" is really a non-issue. Obama will attempt to "fix" this in whatever way he can. If it works out he will take credit and if it doesnt he will try to spin it in his favor..... No different than any president in history.

" i wouldn't suggest that you watch it as it's pretty sickly, as usual they are praying on emotions in order to encourage people to attend their halls.. the video is presented by a female but does show her face.
it just seems weird that they have allowed a woman to star in this very prominant role.

millie210... I agree people stay for social reasons but if they do they are helping to enforce the cult mentality for the next generation of kids growing up in the organization. An individuals reason for staying does not matter. If you stay in you are showing the future generation that its ok to stay in. I think of all the men that I looked up to when I was a kid, I found out when I grew up that they were almost to a man just in it for their wives or family. By their inaction they created the illusion that it is ok to be in the organization. My view on every one of those "men" has been drastically changed, they were nothing but spineless doucebags in spineless sheeps clothing.
