  i was raised by an elder and jw family.

  25 years later i am a new unbaptized publisher.. i have a problem i hope you all can give advice.

  New Children's Book on Molestation

  chi is a family friend through our daughter's school.

  her book is titled "u touch i tell" .

  neither of us new we both had personal abuse issues and i am moved by her personal story.

  Mrs Punk left the family!

  it's nearly 2 months now but mrs punk finally left myself (mentally diseased apostate tm) with my 2 non kingdum hell attending boys.. she left when my jw daughter moved out and they moved in together.

  i don't think it'll be long before my daughter gets sick of her mum but there you go!!.

  i received a call from mrs punk to say: 'i didn't leave you because of the religion!'.

  but the religion is still growing!

  many enjoy the kool-aid.

  I think and hope they go down. How long can a religion that makes things up as they go continue to survive. I think they will stagnate and eventually, when Armageddon doesn't come, disappear altogether...we can only hope.

  hello, i've been lurking in this forums for a while but its only now that i've created an account.

  i'm an inactive jw, been in and out sporidically these past few years, but its only these recent months after reading crisis of conscience and christian freedom that i think i will never go back there again.. the reason i've been inactive primarily is because i have issues regarding masturbation and porn.

  my conscience cannot allow to continue preaching while i continously being overcome by these habits myself.

  Welcome to the forum. If you take the advice you have just been given, be patient, you will make progress. Do not allow a high control cult to make you believe happiness can not be found outside their confines.

  i'm a single working mother of 2 with what i will call a very "colored" past.

  You are very fortunate. You have noticed the red flags that will prevent a tragic outcome. Why in the world would you even consider becoming one of Jehovah's Witnesses when you clearly have such doubts? You are obviously too smart for this crazy religion.

  To answer your question about the scriptural implications, examine the Ethiopian eunuch. He was riding along with Phillip for a very short while, he asked what is to prevent me from getting baptized? They pulled the wagon over and baptized him thenand there. Please, please consider this account. The elders are overstepping there authority. This is only the beginning. Read some of the horror stories on this site about how the elders have abused people left and right.

  it took me a long time to see that this is not Jehovah's organization. You do not want to confuse the Watchtower Society with God, which they clearly want you to do.

  My suggestion is that you go to www.jwfacts.com right away. Painstakingly read every word on every page. It will leave you asking yourself "What was I thinking, getting involved with this crazy religion?

  Yes, right now you are greatfull for their help in turning your life around. There are many other avenues that could have done the same thing, and they do not demand you dedicate your life to their organizations. SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR CHILDREN WHILE YOU CAN!!! GET OUT NOW!!!
