I too think you should talk this out face to face. Letters and emails can be misinterpreted. It will be much more difficult for you and your mom to talk face to face, but that is in your favor. She will have to look you in the eye and tell her child that her adherence to the Watchtower supersedes her relationship with you. Why not make her see how cruel and painful her choice is? No pain no gain.

A couple of years ago, it was all about the sisters showing cleavage. They kept saying that sisters should never wear anything that exposed cleavage no matter what poster she took. This means that no matter how far you bend down, if someone caught a glimpse of cleavage hoy were not obeying council from the FDS. Some elders said in private, "enough already."
I, being a busty sister, continued to wear whatever I wanted and the flat chested sisters would always mention my low cut dresses. I just laughed.

I threw out my book bag and all my literature. I threw it all in the dumpster, all loose so that it would come into contact with all the other garbage in there. I did take a long look at my house to house call book. All those people I unwittingly lied to. I felt like I needed to contact all of them and apologize to them. I felt like I should tell them everything we taught is and was lies.

Just think of how much money is wasted on gasoline, book bags, service clothing, Dunkin Donut stops, etc.
I love not having to buy frumpy looking dresses and tramping from door to door in expensive shoes. One time walking across a gravel driveway and my shoes were ruined!

'Great ROI'...successfully fading

i have not responded.. "mom and i would greatly appciate it if you would return all the family pictures.
you can of course make copies if you wish, although it doesn't appear its necessary.

My mom did similar things. She accused us kids of stealing money she never even had and she accused her neighbor of stealing her tape recordings.
I would nicely just tell them where you suspect the photos are.
