  JW Stained Glass Windows!

  If my memory serves me right, the stained glass behind the baptismal pool depict a paradise scene similar to those seen in the WT books. There are other murals in the atrium between each door leading in the auditorium but I can't remember what they depict. I have not been in that building for 16 years...but I was involved in its construction and attended the 2 day dedication program.

  The picture on the preceeding post is one of the 18 feet tall murals in the glass atrium...the floor is black marble imported from Italy.

  where can i find stickers warning locals we have two pedophiles in our congregation and they enjoy parking near middle schools watching the girls walk by?

  they are not on the sex registry because the elders did not call the police in the 1990s, so these pedophiles think their home free!.

  how can i warn the town i live in jw pedophiles are spending lots of time going door-to-door?

  Those documents are a confession and a proof the WT is an acomplice. Go to the police. If you saw him before chances are you can see him again. This time take pictures or make a video...images don't lie.

  It's All About Tablets

  well, that seems to be the latest hot thing amoung witnesses.

  everybody buys a tablet.

  even the poor families that eat carb heavy meals are gettin' em.. maybe they can't afford the latest apple product like the maxi/mini pad or whatever they're calling it these days so a trip to ebay or overstock.com fills the bill.. use it instead of a songbook.

  I haven't been to a meeting in a Kingdom Hall in 4 years but last Saturday I attended a JW / civil wedding where most of the guests were JWs and I couldn't believe how many held a tablet to take video and photos of the event. Taking pictures with a tablet is not only ackward but also are usually of poor quality due to the small lens and low resolution. Then I visited my brother and both he and his wife needed help with their tablet and new PC...both devices were loaded with WT propaganda videos and had shortcuts to JW.org. My old 81 year old pioneering mother is talking about getting a tablet too....JW tablet madness I say!

  Like most JW conventions there is a PR dept providing official press releases and when reporters attend they're accompanied by a PR trained elder to make sure the press is pointed in the right direction resulting in positive reports.

  I Don't Think The Witnesses Really Care If You Can Explain Doctrine As Long As You Accept Them!

  gone are the days of getting into discussions about their beliefs.

  doing major research to prove a position or watchtower doctrine is a thing of the past.

  all they want from you is to surrender and accept everything they say as undeniable truth.. do you agree?.

  Why attempt to explain your beliefs when they are already explained in the WT literature or reasoned out for you in the reasoning book.

  my wife, who now thinks i am not competent enough to discuss spiritual matters with the kids, thinks that i could really benefit from discussing matters of the bible with this nasa engineer who attends meetings at her kingdom hall.

  apparently, he is quite knowledgeable in the bible and has a good grasp of their doctrines.

  at least according to her as i never actually spoken with the man at length but i do know that he is an elder.

  Ask your wife if she believes talking to a Muslim engineer would convince you to convert to Islam. We find highly educated people in all religions, but sadly very few among JW...so few that they make a big deal when one comverts and supports their simplistic beliefs.
