When they "discover" they just got slapped with a CSA lawsuit or official notice of their tax exempt status being rescinded.

they're making decisions on the fly, depending on how the "world" reacts (governments, court cases, etc).
Actually, it's my understanding they have begun to do serious investigations before changing their doctrines, positions, or policy. They have to confirm which way the (political) wind is blowing. . . .

What will happen to the Watchtower Religion now that Trump has Withdrawn from certain aspects of the United Nations.
by liam inso trump has signed an executive order to withdraw from the united nations human rights council, a refugee organization, some others parts as well and calls for a review of american involvement in funding of the united nations.
he said the united nations has not been living to its potential and they need to get their act together or just dissolve the organization completely.
he said america will continue to be a part of the un but it's tiring that the united states is the country that funds most of the monies and that can't continue.

it would sound like they are hinting at a change in thinking.. in my opinion, any such change would be yet another slap in the face to faithful pimis along with those other recent changes.. there are so many heartfelt responses on that thread and a lot of justified anger.. don’t know what to say except that i’m so glad i never listened to the religion all those years ago.
