  salut, j'aimerais savoir qui parle francais sur ce forum, je sais qu'il y a quand meme un petit nombre de quebecois (dont moi-meme, je suis au lac-st-jean) et de francais de france.

  Well je suis Quebecois aussi, et d'origine europeen aussi, je ne peut pas dire plus car je ne suis pas encore tout a fait sorti, mais J'ai deja ete au congregations de Dollard des Ormeaux ansi que Acadie (A St-laurent) je n'en diras pas plus ... Si tu veux parler et bien envoi moi un PM...

  Active Witnesses...... lets get a head count....

  just wondering out there, who is still active?

  makes most of the meetings, all the conventions, comments, is still active socially with the congregation,out in service, hall building etc.

  just wondering, because we know who are the elders, or recently former elders and i usually seek their posts for some interesting comments... .

  Yes they did visit me I just say that I'm suffering from a major depression, they can check with my doctor, that kept them quite.... but for how long...???

  Crisis of Conscience

  i just finished reading this book.

  i've got to say, that last chapter was amazing and so inspiring.

  i haven't felt that good after reading a book in a long time.

  Its great, but its hard getting JW's to read it, I had to read mine at work cause my wife would get rid of it if not... I tried to convince her so far, no go... Well as being active I do the least possible, 1 or 2 meetings a month and 1 to 3 hours in field work, never study or read... I am fading really and slowly hope that the wife will understand someday...

  although lurking for several months i only just registered.

  i was wondering if any of you took the trouble of going through old books of the wtbts and if it made you come to any conclusions.

  Hate CO Visit

  our cong.

  recently had its co visit, and i realized how fake people can be when the co is around.

  elders take time off of work to go out on service during the week, ms's that want to be elders kiss butt to the co. taking the co and his wife out to lunch become a competition.

  Its just a big set up to make the goodie good shoes of the congregation look better and for those like us who understand the wastetower, is that its all a big farce.

  "Evil Slave" or Apostate which term do you prefer used on ex-JW's?

  i hate both terms to describe ex-jws.

  i know most people say "apostate" when they refer to an ex-jw that is an opposer now but some will say "so and so" is an "evil slave" now.

  evil slave sounds so "boogie man under the bed" that i just laugh when i hear the term.

  I'm back!!!!

  hello again from sunny north carolina!!!.

  our state lotto started today, and i won 15 dollars, and only bought 1 $1 card.

  so whoop whoop for gambling.. i was in miami florida last week for the photoshop world conference, but i also got to tour the everglades, where i took some beautiful pictures.
