  Deception by Omission - The Good News

  perhaps one of the strongest ways to deceive someone is to repeat only one feature of a particular issue over and over and to never to explore the other facets of the same issue.

  24:14 was repeated into my head thousands of times while growing up as if it was the only good news (gospel).

  Betting on Jehovah must be the worse bet in history. He never comes thru and requires enormouses temples and sacrifices. Its utter madness to waste 1 in 12 men who can work and make them all priests. Not only that they want the best free food, clothes, homes and more for life.

  While remaining rather sceptical towards this negative publicity about adding fluoride to public water supplies, there is something that I feel compelled to say here. According to Statistics New Zealand (June 2012 population estimates), New Zealand has 15 cities - not three, as has been claimed. Also, anybody that reckons Hamilton has only five traffic lights has very obviously never counted these for themselves! Likewise for the claim that you can walk from one end of the town to the other in 30 minutes. (Yeah - that I would like to see!) Hamilton does have its own research facilities, at the University of Waikato.

  I looked looked up Hamilton on Google maps. YOu might want to call it a city and thats fine, but its still a small place. Measure from one end to another and its barely a few kms and definitely less than 10. Its only got 3 roads going north south and another 3 going west to east. Going on google street view most streets are one land and you rarely meet a traffic light. Small towns like that are great and theres no shame in that.

  While the U of W may be a fine place, i highly doubt they have ever been commissioned by the government of the city to perform any research on fluorodation. They may research stuff but given its modest size they cant be expected to research many things.

  first time i ever heard anyone say there was 'proof' of noah's flood.. very interesting,.

  showed a trawler, where the team dredges regularly in the north sea - for animal bones, massive land animal bones, mammoths.. he said, originally, the bones were sent for analysis, and the dr stated, they were proof of noah's flood.. the north sea area was a land mass of dry grazing lands.

  and it was very similar to africa.. many bones were found in london, of lions, hippos, etc ... when they were digging out the underground.. .

  Perry:

  Even if the world was covered in water, the land would have been salted and ruined. Nothing would grow for a long long time, and Noah and the animals would have died because the entire food chain would have collapsed because there would be nothing green to eat or growing.

  You can easily try this yourself, get a large bag of salt, and mix it into your backyard and then try and grow a few tomatoes or anything else, and lets how far you get.

  Does faith excuse serious problems with the bible?

  i constantly read that having faith is the answer to knowing that god (or in most cases, jesus) exists.

  but to me it's quite clear there are serious difficulties in believing the bible.. adam and eve.
