i hardly ever take an extended warranty.
call me cheap, but something new shouldn't break.
and if it does, the 1 year coverage should be enough to make sure i didn't buy a lemon.. many say that companies make their money with additional warranties, and that you're better off not taking it and paying for the repair if ever there is one to be made.. when i see a 27 tv at 250$ compared to 700$ 10 years ago, i won't pay for an additional warranty.

Hi Worf:
"Re: The brother who committed suicide was Jason R.-he died in June of 1995 and i saw the grave at the Farm cemetary in October of 95."
By any chance could this brother's name be: Jason Royer?
I went to the Social Security Index Death records and put in the search only for Jason R- and looked at all the NY death records names for a Jason R and came up with:
Jason Royer -born 12/08/1973 ; died 06/23/1995. His age at death would have been 21 years old.
Anyone on the site can advise if they have the answer.
Thanks,
Ronin1/your sister
P.S.- I sent you a pm also.
Hi NY44M:
We moved from NYC to South Florida four years ago and regret ever making that move.
We lived in Hollywood, FL (not too bad) and then now in Boynton Beach.
Everything you said is true and much more.
We are planning on moving back up North, possibly NC or back to NY.

teen brothers remembered at memorial service.
teens killed in wreck studied to be nurses.
We live in Boynton Beach, FL and did not know until yesterday's news that they were JWs.
However, we are not aware whether blood loss contributed to their deaths.

to me, the witness religion is either a hardcore group of watchtower dogma believing "kool-aid" drinkers or a group of non-believing, mentally and spiritually lazy zombies who value their friendships and family over principle.. there are those in the middle who i believe are too fragile to even want to think about reality..
A cult.

No place.
Try another state. Florida is run like a 'third world country' and is way behind the rest of the US -about 20 years.
Unbelievable to live here.

iam now as what was announced at a recent meeting that iam "no longer a jehovah's witness" all of my family and friends are witnesses so this will ailenate me from all of my friends and family.
but i feel like i don't want to go back.
i really hate the feeling of isolation and shamefulness while iam sitting in the meeting, what's the point of it all.
Hi LadyCCC:

high court rules premature baby must be given blood
[published: monday 24, december 2007 - 18:09] the high court has ruled that a premature baby must be given a life-saving blood transfusion, despite the objections of its parents who are jehovah's witnesses.
mr justice george birmingham has directed that the transfusion be carried out only as a last resort and when no alternative treatment is regarded as viable.
My grandson was born 23 wks gestation- 1 lb 3 oz.
Even though my husband and I were fearful about him receiving a blood transfusion (not because of our JW beliefs, but because of the risk of contracting diseases, etc), I let my daughter and her boyfriend know they had the make the decison themselves for the sake of thier child if they wanted him to live. (My daughter was never baptized, but reproved years earlier as an non-baptiized publisher, etc).
They opted to have the necessary transfusions (which was not many and very little amounts because of his size) and thank goodness they made that decision.
He is now 5 years old (yes he has some developmental problems due to his being born so early and small) but what a joy to have him alive, going to school, and growing day by day.
The judge made the right decision.
Note: the amount of blood transfusion this baby will receive is so small, the risk is minimal.

it's christmas morning !!
i just woke up for two days of unbridled funfests with family and friends.
cuz it's christmas !!!.
I would go get it checked out immediately.
Go to a quick care center instead of the emergency room. You can get out seen quicker by an MD.
Do not diagnosis yourself. Dangerous move.
