over the last year, i've been exploring the use of herbs and supplements...hey, i'm gettin' old, and i need all the help i can get!

so, here's what i've tried (in addition to general vitamin supplements like b, c, and some other selected minerals):.

often i'm following someone into a building and entering the same door, and most of the times, the person in front won't even try to keep the door open so that it wont close in my face.

knowing that someone is right behind me, i'll even wait a second or two and hold the door open for that person.

i guess it has to do with being well educated.

I've always been polite and held the door open for people when they're walking in or give them my seat if they look like they could use it. I admit I tend to be chivalrous and go the extra mile if it's a lady.....but sometimes I get strange stares or whatever. Not sure how to take it other than they don't have that done too often to them and they're not sure what to make of it.

very personal and yet it happens way too often, but would you forgive and if you did, how would it change you and the relationship?.

I think it would depend on what exactly was done, who it was done with, how long it went on, how much she lied, etc. too many variables to give a definite answer one way or the other....but I'd like to think it could be worked out and put past us.

there is no perfect formula that works for everyone, to keep a marriage together and strong.

with these in mind, you have to wonder sometimes, if marriage is even worth it.

I remember a woman on Dr. Phil and she kept getting one problem guy after another and Dr. Phil said if she keeps having problems with those guys maybe she needs to try fishing some different waters. IOW, she keeps trying the same waters and gets the same guys...
