  my assault on 2 local kingdumb halls

  last night i printed out an announcement about the nbc dateline show, and a silentlambs tri-fold flyer off the website.. armed with these flyers, my motorcyle .

  i went on my "mission" this morning, to hit as many windshields in the local lincoln, rhode island, and pawtucket, rhode island parking lot as possible.. i managed to hit about 20, before i noticed one of the elders driving up, i was on the street at this point, and i recognized him, and he kept taking double takes at me.

  (it was norman barone, for those of you locals who might know him.

  i now have to inform my parents that i am getting a divorce.

  am not really looking forward to it.

  i already told my sister and suprisingly enough she supports me!

  Have your prayers changed?

  this is a sort of follow up to "jesus- ignored, forgotten & unemployed at wts" posted by metatron.. it strikes me, that since i have re-appraised many of my religious views that my prayers have changed significantly.

  and whilst i am still an active jw, i have wondered whether my family has noticed, though they have not said anything so far.. jws prayers are not only very stereotyped (despite what jesus admonition about not using the same words, or by extension the same thoughts, over and over again) but also extremely introverted towards the watchtower society.. for example, a typical congregation prayer will include the following thoughts;.

  Overheard this at last meeting...JW's: No idea!!!

  overheard a small group (elders, ms, pioneers etc) complaining about the church in adelaide called the paradise community church (recently featured in the advertiser and has ads on tv).

  they started discussing it and one asked "what have they got they we don't have????

  "....which was followed with a lot of head-shaking and head-scratching.. ever heard of freedom guys???.

  PICTURES- of my new nephews, TWINS!

  yep..... on may 10, 2002 my youngest sister had her first kid(s) .

  twins they were.....though i cannot tell you at the moment if identical or fraternal.. best part is every one came home ok and in great health.. they were 3 weeks early, and weighted about 5.5 lbs.. names are mexican????

  i think.... unai, and esai.. (don't quote me on the names, i am really bad with that stuff!).

  i wanted to thank everyone, for giving me the most awesome unconditional welcome i have ever had.

  my brother (((((zev)))))) told me there were people like us, but i never realized how many there are.
