Yo yo...the fact of the matter is that when the WT makes the statement that there are no clery/laity divisions in the bOrg, they are lying. There most definitely are divisions in this area, and if you say there aren't you are perpetrating the same lie.
i was just reading moxy's post "biggest mathematical miracle in the world" .
and as i was reading all the logical reasons why it would have been impossible at least physically impossible, for that many israelites not to mention even one, to wonder through the desert 40 years and not leave a trace of their even having been there.. the only thing that seems to be more incredible then that is how many people on earth believe it.
regardless of weather it's true or not what is it that continues to inspire millions and billions of people to continue to believe?
Just some questions. Have archeologists found evidence of every tribe that lived in N. America? S. America? Africa? etc. etc. etc.?
I think that the desert would be a hard place to find evidence of that sort to begin with, especially if you don't know exactly which part of the desert people actually lived/travelled. Is there a reason why I shouldn't think this?
... hi ho hi ho, it's not off to work we go.... well, i am redundant, or will be as of end april, when the two factories of my company shut-down and approx.
500 people get made redundant.. nil desperandum and all that... i don't see this as a disaster... if it had been announced in a month i would probably have just signed mortgage papers, and that, whilst still not a disaster would be a tad inconvenient!.

the watchtower has pronounced the un as being the disgusting thing because it is trying to bring about world peace instead of putting its faith in jehovah to do that.. the watchtower claims to be jehovah's tool and itself attempts to unite the peoples of the world into a united organization going so far as to monitor and punish the behavior of individuals around the world.. how are the watchtower's actions different from the united nations actions?.
