  Australia formally charges former JW elder

  former jehovah's elder on sex assault charge .

  a former jehovah's witness elder who apologised to his alleged victim on facebook has been charged with two counts of indecent assault.

  richard hill will appear in the heidelberg magistrate's court on march 1 over allegations that he sexually assaulted a six-year-old girl in 1981.. the victim, now 38, told fairfax media that mr hill did everything except penetrate her - ''he tried, but couldn't manage''.. she said she ''did not realise the gravity'' of what had happened until she was about 14.. at that point she told her mother, who could not act because of a jehovah's witness rule that allegations of sexual abuse would only be acted on if two elders witnessed it, she said.. much later, the victim confronted mr hill on facebook.

  so, i'm sitting here, being pissed about my family.

  both of my parents and my only sister are jws.

  i haven't had a relationship with them since they i left in 2002.

  I think each individual witness is totally responsible for their actions. The "I was only following orders" excuse holds no moral, ethical (or legal?) value in any circumstance.

  I hold my family totally responsible. They have chosen to completely shun me, to treat me as if do not exist, and I'm not even disfellowshipped. I have not had any contact with my sisters for 15 years. I tried so many times to reach out to them but I was rebuffed at every turn. A few years ago I just ruled a line under it and moved on.

  I blame them for their intectual timidity and their lack of personal integrity. How they could treat a close family member like that is reprehensible. They may have been instructed to do this by the wts but they chose to personally enforce it.

  I personally do not give a shit about them now. They are flawed human beings and deserve derision.

  with all this low price recording equipment miniaturization availible, and the world wide broadcasting utube, we should see a flood of videos showing what goes on durring these special meetings with people who are finding out the truth about the so called "truth".. and while i'm not a legal eagle i would think that some savy apostate may wins some lawsuits with this material or lawyer for that matter finding an interesting case on the net.

  well i can only hope on that one because i don't know and haven't explored the idea much.. i'm seeing this already on you tube and think it serves a good purpose to show these kangaroo courts thus bringing into the open view of the public what goes on in a governing body styled judicial committee and show just how nuts these sickos are.. more videos also puts the governing body on alert to tread carefully and to dot thier i's and cross their t's because big brother is watching..

  Just download the SpyKit app for your iPhone. It contains (among other goodies) a voice activated recorder. It has a stealth mode so your iiPhone just has its normal home screen showing.

  Of course it's probably not legal to record a conversation without the consent of all parties. It's not here in Australia anyhow.
