we had my little girls first birthday party yesterday, and in my head i knew nothing was wrong with it.
but i was still not comfortable, i still felt like i was doing something wrong, until i looked at my little girl and seen how happy she was, the smile on her face, for the first time in her life so many people was there just for her.
at that point, i knew nothing was wrong with it, once a year a person should be treated that way, helps your self worth.

if my memory serves me right, another roomate also saw it, some days later.. so my friend asks all the roomates if any received anything religious from anyone.the 1st guy to report these demons remembered he recently had received a letter with some religious pictures.

a comment was volunteered to him that i found amazing if it provees to be true.

as you can tell, i am another newbie, so i thought i would introduce myself.
i have been quietly reading the posts for some time now and thought it time to join in.. i am a 53 year old grandpa (neither daughter or their husbands are jw) married to jw woman with three kids, ages 15, 16, 17. therein lies the source of my discourgement and subsequent disassociation from the jws.
