  what is the worst thing that can happen if a brother/sister moved in with a worldy person?

  I have just moved into a new apartment. There is something wrong with the electrcity it surges all the time. I intend to have an electrcian come in to take a look. My question is this, if it takes awhile to fix say longer than 3 months, will i lose my user name if i have not been able to post here. I spent alot of money on my computer and do not want to risk ruining it.

  I have a surge protecter but do not trust it completely. It may be a while before i can get back on the forum. I had read in a thread that if one did not post say in a 3 month period one would lose their name. Maybe i read it wrong and can not find the thread. If someone could answer my question i would really appreciate it.

  Armageddon & 9/11

  what's up, people?

  been a while since i've posted.

  anyhow, just thinking about 9/11 the other day as i was watching a special on tv which has made me realize that for years we were part of an organization that has looked forward to the death of the vast majority of mankind in much the same manner as the 9/11 tragedy (check out some of the pictures and witness porn from older publications especially).

  i left england 22 years ago and go through periods of terrible homesickness.

  I'm going to take a trip over there next year maybe that's what i need to get it out of my system. I'll be okay for awhile then it will start up again. I had a very thick north east lancashire accent when i first moved here nobody could understand a word i said. I remember it being very frustrating. Ah well !!!!!!!!!

  I was wondering for people that have left their native land do you get homesick from time to time? I left England 22 years ago and go through periods of terrible homesickness. Then it passes. It always comes back. If i could make the kind of living that i do here i would go back in a New York minute.

  It's a puzzle i know it will pass it always does i've never quite understood it. I don't have strong family ties so that is not the reason. I yearn to go back to my roots, at the same time i want to stay here.I would love to hear other folks experiences.
