my husband and i are currently separated (since 6/02) we have not ruled out the possibility of reconciliation and are working on some issues.
about 2 years before this separation, we both started studying with jw's.
we went to sunday meetings and had weekly in-home bible studies.
Darlin, you may be asking the wrong group of people here!!! In my case *mother a j.w.---father not a j.w.* it made things worse. It was a bad situation to begin with, but the whole j.w. crap made it much worse! I'm not saying it wouldn't work, but in my opinion, it's not a marriage made in heaven, if ya know what I mean!

to notso perfect......what do i have against her?i have known her since childbirth,and once upon a time she was a normal sweet person who loved her parents,then she changed.it started when she met scott i would say.thats when her troubles began after she got married.she started exploiting herself sexually and started makin up the wildest stories about her husband and herself and thats when i realized that she wasnt the same person and i realized what kind of morals she had and she started sayingthings about scott that was when i realized she isnt right.as the yrs went by she just got worse.and now i dont even know her,she has stretched her testomony and much of it is downright lies.i have actual letters from vicky from yrs back that contradict what she is claiming now.. why do i have against her???
?she has torn her family apart even cousins and aunts and uncles who can see right thru her.see you guy dont know both sides and you never will because vicky knows shes does enough damage and will come to her senses and her brainwashing by frank mottrill is coming out.you see he is usinh vicky as a pawn to get back at the wts for his own wrongdoing.anyway it will soon be over........i personally will never look or talk to her again,she has been disowned my her realtives,most are not even witnesses so what does that tell you.. for the record many of you may not know this but the lawyer for the wts.

I just remember always feeling like I was intruding by stoping by unannounced! I hated it and always thought it was rude! Glad I don't have to do it anymore!
i live in broward county, florida...unfortunate harborer of mohammed atta and other terrorists.. next door is (drum roll please)...palm beach county...home of the "we don't know how to vote" crowd.. also next door to (drum roll please)....miami/dade county....the "hanging chad" county.
and i work next door to the country's largest petroleum tank farm (port everglades...which also houses florida power and light company.).
and now, lo and behold, we are in the news again.
I've gotta brother that lives in Del Ray. I love the beach, expecially at night! Are you close to Del Ray? I'll ya up next time I'm down that way for a visit!

my name is cynthia... i have had depression as a child ( undiagnosed ) father was possibly bipolar and mother is depressive both undiagnosed.....my journry into the org along with how the depression became a mental breakdown , which i thought was jehovah removing his spirirt.
my sruggle with the elders......and the many ways and people i sought help from.....well it is all a long story......... included in it.
jws i have known with mental health issues.......breakdowns.......psych docs have had discussed this with........ i would like to relate my story.....i was so ill..nearly catotonic i did not go to a hospital but if i relate how i felt.........it was clear...... how i was afraid of crossing the street because the green light may have been really a red light and i was told so often by the elders that my thinking was wrong...... ie " they were showing love by isolating me ( a depressed person) because i needed to be active and i was not complying..they said they tried ll that they coudl when in reality it was i always i that reached out to them ( thinking they were chosen of god)...... well..i just gave a sampler....my story is very long...i have been tenatious i read so much ( even before becoming a jw ) about depression and dysfunctional families... i was a teacher did not gte my ma ..people here know why i am sure..... well...before i write this story of mine...i would like to ask..if i can do it in intallments........those i relate my story to say i should write a book..........i am not " out of the woods yet".........by the way.......i came to the point that i could not leave my room..... i live in nyc and i was able to speak to bethel elders including g. gangus.... i was very sincere......naive idealistic.............i asked qiestions thinking that surly god understood ...that my motives were good... .

You will find alot of people here have been through very simular circumstances as yourself, including myself. The elders told me that my problems were caused by a lack of meeting attendance and jehovah's spirit. Now I realize, what a crock and how abusive is that!
Hang in there and remember life is good despite the WTS. Last but not least remember we are survivors

poor tink had to be rushed to the hospital early this morning 2:00am.
she went to bed fine but after several hours of pain and discomfort it got so bad she woke me up.
she had severe chest pain and pain in the center of her shoulder blades.
Thank you all SO MUCH for your love and concern.
I got home a few hours ago. They ran test on me all day and they ruled out a heart condition. I will be getting the results of other test in a few days. I'm sure I'll be fine, but I have to admit I was scared when the pain wouldn't stop. I felt pretty silly being rushed off to the hopital, but I guess it's good to be safe than sorry. I'm sure I'll be fine and I'm so thankful to have such a terrific husband who takes such good care of me! Thank you again for all your loving comments!

i was thinking today about that paradise garden the witness always pictured.
i remember all those happy blank faces, with the rosy cheeks and content look.
they were all smiling eating a apple, petting a lion, and running around the trees.
I'm not real sure on that one, but you can be rest assured there will be alcohol for those assholes.

the watchtower has left me with guilty feelings that i find hard to cope with at times.

Bill, what was your responce to me when I told you what my j.w.brother would say to me if I spoke to him about the silentlambs. Remember I told you that his comeback would be, *well, it's still the truth*. You had the best comeback and I can't remember what you said. Do you remember???????????
