i am referring to research studies conducted by neurologists, neuro-biologists, and neuro-physiologists.
as far as i know, reputable scientific studies feature such factors as control groups.

Uninformed: No - she is a VERY well qualified doctor and studied medicine when she was a young JW - I would guess about 35 - 40 years ago. I think it is too easy to dismiss all JW's by the few we may know and assume they are all window washers. Of course - had she been male it may have been different - someone may have thought to make use of her abilities.

by worf inafter losing the wimbledon championship to her sister venus, serena williams was being interviewed on the court yesterday, and here is part of what she said: "i thank my god jehovah for being out here".. okay, so according to her words, jehovah blessed her by allowing her to be there to participate in a competitive sports championship match.

throughout the watchtower articles, convention talks, and talks given by traveling overseers, there are often statements woven into the material that are designed to evoke feelings of guilt in those who are not robotically falling in line with all organizational programs and group-think.
in addition to the many cliches, buzzwords, and catch-phrases used in watchtower material, the organization also makes comparisons between the field service activities of witnesses in one part of the world to another part of the world.

i have read the posts you've made and have enjoyed them and respect your individual points of view.

Family is driving me nuts... Elder driving me nuts - My 1st rant...

my sister calls me at my work cause she wants me to go to some natural reflexology place or something yesturday.. my mother calls me twice last night.

I have been where you are, so it all sounds very De Ja Vu. I very much regret that when I left my elder husband I let people who had no real interest in my personal welfare at the time, push themselves into my life and the lives of my children. That caused damage that took years - and in some cases never - to get over. Just recently, after so many years, I heard that I have supposedly converted to Islam (that from a person I have never met). So you see, the stupidity never stops. Hearing that made me laugh but at the same time made me sad, thinking that I had allowed such people to try and manipulate my life. Their real interest in my welfare (spiritual or physical) was zero - as evidenced in many ways in the long term. It is quite difficult to step back and take an objective stand at this point - but the more you are able to do so, the better off you will be. Your health is your first priority. Sounds like mum needs some boundaries. All the best...

both got sick and have chronic fatigue.
they quit pioneering to rest and get better.
