  mine: i was walking around a grocery store with one of those snapple iced tea boxes dangling from one hand, looking for the other thing i ran in to buy.

  suddenly the flimsy cardboard side of the box came unglued, and bottles dumped out, smashing open on the floor.

  a river of iced tea began to run down the aisle.

  Music you never noticed was ...

  i have friends in very cool jobs.

  my world interacts quite often with music stars, and i have interesting conversations.

  for instance, i was talking with the members of animal kingdom, and asked the lead singer about the lyrics i picked up while listening them perform for the group a few minutes earlier... i felt stupid because i hadn't realized the name of the song, and only had caught a few lyrics... he wrote of mephistopheles.

  Biblical Support for Judicial Committee?

  that is my question...anyone ever investigated this?....because i sure have not read anything in the bible that even hints on a congregation having judicial committee procedures...has anyone had any experience with this topic?.

  The moon tonight.

  i was in my yard tonight with telescope watching jupiter.

  jupiter is as close to the moon as it will be in the next 13 years.

  to my surprise, the moon had a corona which is pretty rare for where i am standing.

  The deuterocanonical book of Wisdom

  having done a little research on the book of wisdom, i decided to read it very morning as part of my daily spiritual reading.

  the greek period and it's influence tested the jewish community and yet after many objections the people of god acquired a new awareness of their own path.. at first i felt a little uneasy as the wisdom of god is presented in the feminine gender.

  however the recognised book of proverbs (chapter 8) does the same.

  How to fight biblical ignorance??

  the bible this; the bible that; 'tis the word of the almighty.

  we all be following its every word... blah, blah, blah.

  many biblical scholars lament the fact that the bible is the most misunderstood, abused, and appropriated text by numerous different religious communities, each one claiming to provide its right interpretation, while ironically supporting their own belief system.
