  if you wondered whether the society would print blood cards this year, they won't.

  blood cards are out.. consider the box found on the december km, entitled "new provision to assist us to abstain from blood".

  the governing body has approved combining the essential elements of the durable power of attorney (dpa) document and the advance.

  I think this is big deal.
  
  The Blood Card, we were told, had to be signed every year to keep it up to date. In Brazil people are told that a document OF THIS KIND signed longer than a year ago could not be as effective as one recently signed, as hospitals could simply disregard it.
  
  Now we are told that not only combining both documents is a good thing, but also that they will be valid indefinitly.
  
  This is Jehovah's Organization ever confusing messages...!

  This is nice! Oh, good ol' BASIC.

  I would just change line 210 to this:

  210 if time$ < "10:30" goto 90 else goto donutshop

  and add these few lines for the code to be complete:

  220 REM At the donut shop...
  230 Print "We had a good response in the territory today."
  240 Input otherbrothersfeelings$
  250 Ignore otherbrothersfeelings$
  260 Put twohoursonthetimeslip$
  270 goto Home

  i was assigned to read 1984 by george orwell when in the eight grade i think.

  now forty years to late to turn in a 'book report' i am reading it.

  i see so many parallels to the witness org there.
