  did you read this study articel in which the slave says it is not appointed yet?.

  excerpt from study articel 13 7/15 p 8. so there is good reason for us to understand matthew 24:46, 47 to mean that jesus will arrive to appoint the faithful slave over all his belongings at that time in the future during the great tribulation.

  Finding my mental condition getting worse not sure what to do?

  i'm pretty sure i have ptsd because of this cult.

  i now experience headaches pretty much daily and find myself poping excedrin migraine pills 3-4 a day.

  also i'm drinking alcohol a bit to take the edge off.

  I'm pretty sure I have ptsd because of this cult. I now experience headaches pretty much daily and find myself poping Excedrin migraine pills 3-4 a day. Also I'm drinking alcohol a bit to take the edge off. In the past I would ingest some legal pot for some help but haven't used it since I ran out. Didn't seem to work any better the Excedrin anyway. The headaches are getting worse and having a hard time even concentrating on things. I know I need to see a professional but not sure exactly who and what to say or even if they can be of any help. Please advise, thank you.

  I'm getting baptized

  i know i've started similar topics before but this time i'm serious.

  my parents have been constantly pressuring me and after yesterday's watchtower study they asked me if i was going to be baptized this summer... and i said yes.

  i probably should have thought about it more before making a final decision, but they're pretty much forcing me to do it anyway.

  Sweet if they come back with more nonsense being up Matthew chapter one where it lists each generation. Always have the dumb question look on your face not the in your face look. Play stupid till your 18 them move. The best thing you can do is move away and not get baptised. They will shun you but maybe in time they will become less fanatical and you can have a better relationship.

  is it possible it's not like they initially said, that it was just having god's name added in places where it had been deleted, and that perhaps they're making more adjustments to it in order to fit our doctrine?.

  come out with the freakin' new bible in spanish already!!!.

  Maybe they don't care to make one in Spanish. They have made moves in Africa that indicate they don't care about Africans because they have no money to donate. Maybe they feel the same way about the Spanish speaking ones.

  Demon possesion, bunch of crap or?

  i've been using the forum to vent and post a lot more frequently lately as a venting purpose & way to obtain peace of mind with the craziness i've been going through recently as i fade away form the org.

  anyways today i'm sitting here at work and thinking to myself about demons... ok i know this sounds crazy but has anyone else out there been traumatized by the thought of demons?

  i had a dream the other night, just flat out spooky and i woke and couldn't help but feeling it may have been evil ole' satan and his demons at it again.. i don't want to believe that, (trying not to, & just brushing it under the rug so to speak) but have any of you out there been talked up about demons?

  My wife believes in demon possession. I once got a book from a friend that the wife then thought was possessed because the friend said they had ghosts in thier house. Anyway had to get the book out of the house. Later I brought it back in and she didn't know and still no demons. Also I have the biggest demon possessed book ever in the house CoC and she doesnt know and still no demons.

  Where did Jehovah go ?

  for the many years i was mentally " in " the congregation, i equated the organisation as interchangeable with the persona of jehovah, in effect whatever the organisation said or thought, that was what jehovah thought and that was what jehovah said.... it was that simple.

  so when i found out the ttatt and the cynical moves of the organisation over the years,including 1975 , the donation arrangements, the united nations, etc i was devastated and thought " where's jehovah in all of this?".

  the god who i'd poured my heart out to on many occasions and who i thought was silently listening and hearing my pleas ..... was not there , .

  billions of people have been slaughtered, died do to diseases and starvation, even eaten by animals. Where was thier god to help them? Just in thier head.

  He said so in a talk he gave at a dc a few years ago. I think it was him. It was a GB member and when I asked a former high up ex bethleite he said it must he Lett. I wish I could remember for sure which GB member it was.

  If that pictures heading is acurate and Lett was new to Bethel in 1976 them he's a big fat liar. Wonder if there's a way to confirm when exactly he first went to Bethel? He said in a talk that he was at Bethel before 1975 and he was one of the few that was considered an apostate because he didn't think the end was coming in 1975.

  JWs standing on mats whilst Cart Witnessing

  i've come across a guy on youtube that has been approaching numerous jws in public cart witnessing.

  actually, calling it witnessing is beyond a joke because most of the time they are just standing there and in the case of this youtuber, they walk away in silence or turn their heads.the youtuber is not a jw and i don't think he ever was, he calls himself a christian and i don't think he is affiliated with any particular religion.there is one video where he shows about 4 jws standing on a square plate with a yellow marking on the edge, they each have their own plate.

  i am curious as to why they are standing on these?

  These witness are standing right next to each cart looking like thier guarding them. Who would want to approach them for book or anything? Really stupid, jws don't even realize how dumb they look.
