Anyone here been Dfd for 'apostacy'?

just wanna know.

i'm doing the fade but i reckon my big mouth could get me dfd.

i know plenty who've been dfd for fornication/adultery, but never met one dfd for speaking the truth.

Its very interesting that the bible says at 1 John 5:1 that if some one believes that Jesus is the messiah he that person is a son of god. The ORG says no that's not true, only if your a compliant jw are you a son of god, wait no, only if your an anointed complaint jw then your a son of god. Everyone else not so much. Awesome religion. Glad I've been in for 40 years.

Notice this subject is never discussed with a new bible study and the last question during baptism is also never discussed, the one were your giving your allegiance to the ORG and not Jesus.

i thought i would share some of my observations on counting field service time, reports, etc.

and how those reports are viewed, to those that are still so fixated on numbers.. i served as secretary on the service committee for many years, and have seen it all!.

i was really disheartened when wt changed the requirement for aux pioneering to allow for 30 hrs, instead of the 50 it has been for so long.

Since Great Crowd has no mediator

i am thinking that maybe i missed this discussion or something.

now for years in the org i never ever paid attention to the article that says jesus is the mediator for the 144000 alone.

yesterday talking to my 70+ year old dad he got violently angry with me and threw his cane at me because he said i was a liar.. .

I did a bunch of research on this subject and took it to my elders or i should say my wife called the elders all panicky. Any way the elder was like 'well what does it matter, isn't the good news of the kingdom being preached that's important now?' I quoted the scripture, 'that if we do not eat his body and drink his blood we can not enter into the kingdom' hes like again 'does it really matter to eat or is it just symbolic?' Seriously!!! I sent in my research in a letter form to Bethel for a reply and they sent a typical nothing special letter back. Its crazy they expect all these 7 million people to preach and do all this stuff (most of it a waste of time) and the have no contract with God, and Jesus does not mediate for them as well. That means there sins are not forgiven they do not have the gift of salvation, baptism is just a quick bath and to prey is a waste since no one hears them.

After doing the research, in my heart i was done as a JW!!!!!

More "Elders" Doubt They Are Appointed By The "Holy Spirit"!

the study edition of the watchtower says the elders are appointed by jehovah's holy spirit.

it's confounding the society does not realize that more and more elders, do not accept this claim.

i have racked my brain, wondering how many brothers and sisters actually believe this, fall hook and sinker.

i think a lot of times elders deny holy spirit period, I mention holy spirit was helping me with knowledge because of prayer, asking for knowledge, and an epiphany i had, and he said 'demons can do that to'.

The emphasis is on Jesus, even in the New World Translation

this was a point from "in search of christian freedom" that i really appreciated.

in the new world translation the name "jesus" appears in the christian greek scriptures 912 times.

compare that to "jehovah" which appears (or has been inserted) 237 times.

'Lost', they now worship the faithful and discreet slave or the ORG. and the next time any of you talk to a JW remind them they are not Christians and when they say 'yes they are' they do believe in christ, remind them that 'Christian' means 'anointed one' and their leaders have taken that title away from them.

since our episode with our oldest son and his wife we know the word is out that we no longer want to be jw.

the other day an elder from fl tried to call us but our fax machine was on during his attempt.

i quess when he heard the fax noise he thought he may have had the wrong number.

Just say i read Luke 21:8 in the King James Bible and i also know that Christs means Anointed, That will get them curious to read the scripture and then maybe they'll do some thinking themselves.
