  Any step-parents here??

  hey everyone.

  i was wondering if there are any fellow step-parents or soon-to-be step parents around?

  i am a soon-to be stepmom to four girls (14,11,6,4).

  When xjw_b12 and I got married I had a five year old daughter from my first marriage. Xjw adopted her within the first five months of our marriage. Treated her like his own and proved that when our daughter and son came a little later in our marriage. While she was growing up we did go through a lot of the usual problems and yes she would through it up in our face the usual "he's not my real dad". But now she is 24, living away from home, working at a career she loves and when the going gets tough for her she calls xjw for the over the phone line daddy hug, and will say to him "I love you dad." That makes it all worth while.

  have dates, that why you not have sex."
  
  Confused, the woman asked, "What is Ed Zachary Disease?" Wang
  replied, "It when your face rook Ed Zachary rike your ass."

  they are viruses!.

  Sally be careful with the precious cargo (booze, I mean). Friends of ours who are fellow campers ended losing a bottle in transit, when their trailer hit a bump the bottle ended up falling out of the cabinet she had it in, it fell to the floor and broke, the carpet was soaked with the stuff. She was tempted to squeeze what she could out of the carpet and put it back in the bottle. Yuck just kidding.

  We put our booze supply while in transit, in the bath tub, very safe there.

  Opa! Celebrate your heritage!

  this weekend is the annual greek food festival, sponsored by our local greek orthodox church, and for the first time i'm going!!!

  mom, who is greek, and dad never let me go because to participate would be giving money to bad old babylon the great, and i followed that stupid rule after i got married too.

  well, no more -- we're going to the food festival!.

  Nina have a wonderful time and eat lots for me too. I love greek food. One of my childhood friends' is of greek descent on her dad's side, that's how I was initiated at a young age to greek food. Yum Yum.
