24 hour field service marathon ??

field service for up to twenty-four hours non-stop.... it's a bit of a fad in our area with pioneers - the twenty somethings especially.

we've heard from other family members and a jw friend that it's a thing in their part of the country as well.. it sounds like a group decides on a day and then piles into a van or suv to 'work' the territory - 12, 18 and even 24 hours.. anyone else hearing of this?.

that's the question l would like to ask every jehovah's witness: do you believe jesus or do you only believe what you are told about jesus?

(by the watchtower?).

if you only believe what the watchtower or the governing body tell you about jesus with their selected quotes from the bible.then in fact you don't believe jesus.

these guys are real company men when they have mass lay off of older bethelites tossing them to the curb and making the congregation they are assigned to carry some of the load, so that the watchtower corporation can cut costs of providing for these nolonger young people who have devoted theirs lives to the corporation.. they are heartless bastards aren't they?

i wonder what kind of undercurrent this is causing at headquartes?.

Many JW monetary donations went to Bethel in order to provide for ALL who served there, because many JW's although they would have loved to serve at Bethel simply couldn't. To kick out old Bethelites and downsize to save money to pay out to fight & settle pedophile lawsuits, build a new headquarters and still be sitting on a billion dollar hedgefund is dispicable.

WTS Legal department ghouls

the society has certainly had their share of financial setbacks, especially in the pedophile department.

the legal department must actively save face and do damage control!.

i can't help but wonder how many wts attorneys are flying around to be present at estate hearings, bequeathment hearings, probate court, reading of wills, etc.

Years ago my wife and I had our will written such that our estate would be divided into equal parts per child and the WTS. This is how it will stay as long as my wife remains active.

You are just asking for trouble leaving the door open for the Watchtower to get involved in your estate. Cut that cancer out of your will before it is too late.

What kind of true religion has a "legal department"? Sounds like something a religious corporation cult would have.

these two guys that ran over a man and then hacked him to death , shown on cctv where their is absolutely no doubt as to their involvement ?

they should be taken out and shot , no trial ,end of story.and they admit it , trying to use an excuse of warfare or whatever .kill the bastards.. smiddy.

A witness to the killing of Lee Rigby burst into tears in court as she described how his two attackers "jabbed" knives into the soldier's motionless body before posing for pictures.

Tina Nimmo sobbed in the witness box of the Old Bailey on Tuesday morning as she told how Rigby's attackers looked "proud" after mutilating the soldier in a south London street.

Asked by the prosecutor, Richard Whittam QC, to describe the two attackers after they had attacked the 25-year-old, Nimmo said: "Very proud of what they had in their hands", referring to their meat cleaver, knives and gun.

"They were just holding their weapons up," she said.

Earlier the court heard evidence from Nimmo's daughter, Michelle, who described how the alleged assailants were posing for pictures at the scene.

"They looked very proud of what they had done. My mother approached the victim but the man with the gun waved it in a threatening manner so she moved back," she said in a statement read to court.

Michael Adebolajo, 28, and Michael Adebowale, 22, are accused of murdering Rigby, a drummer and machine-gunner in the 2nd Battalion of the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers, as he walked back to Woolwich military barracks.

I dont see any mention of mob justice in my posts, I also dont see any racial profiling in them, so if that was aimed at me then your post smacks me of hysteria.

You didn't mention those things. Typical ultra-liberal distraction & wusification. The OP simply put forth that the killers of Lee Rigsby and human monsters just like them being put to death in a timely manner, rather than jailed for a year, then put on trial costing the taxpayers hundreds of thousands of dollars, then housed & fed in prision for the rest of their lives. Amazing they will defend these animals to no end with no consideration of their innocent victims.
