  Who the Great Crowd Are Baptized To

  great crowd jws are not baptized like the annointed are.

  the great crowd's baptism does not wash them of their sins, making them sinless, until way after armageddon (1,000 year rule).

  but the annointed are washed of their sins being 'sinless', as the recent wt study stated.

  My question is this then, at Romans 8:9-11 it states

  " 9 However, you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. But if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Him. 10 If Christ is in you, though the body is dead because of sin, yet the spirit is alive because of righteousness. 11 But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you "

  Ok, so if the GC is not baptized into Christ, then they do not have the Spirit of God in them and have no life in them and will NOT be given life.

  Is this what the WT is trying to say?

  It IS what the Bible says.

  i have been wanting to introduce myself but i don't know where to begin.

  my husband and i are enjoying our third guilt-free weekend of our lives (both born-in, almost 30).

  he has been out mentally for the last year and a half but patiently waited for me to come around.

  Glaring discrepency in Blood Doctrine

  i found an article on the dr. sears website about the benefits of breasfeeding.

  according to the article it says: "a drop of breastmilk contains about one million white blood cells.

  " it also says "colostrum also contains higher amounts of white blood cells..........than mature milk.

  do you have a friend or family member who is studying?

  there are definitely valid reasons to be concerned, be it shunning, the many failed doomsday predictions, the risks of refusing blood transfusions, the organizations unrepentant mishandling of child abuse, the stance of higher education, holidays, and everyone outside the organization.. however, how you express your concern to them could make all the difference.

  Jehovah's Witnesses are the only people who don't practice war and who preach worldwide!

  this is what somebody has been telling me, trying to convince me aside from anything one can say or cause reason for doubt, as the evidence that they are the true religion and true people of god.

  they are convinced because while 'all other' christian and other religions support war, troops, etc, jw's don't and they are the only one's who carry god's name and preach.

  nothing else matters.

  Jw's WILL go to war, according to their own publications. If one takes a close look, you will see that in the end JW's will be going to war with other "perfect" JW's. Follow this for a moment:

  So who's left according to the WT after Armageddon? Just the JW's in the org.

  OK, so now lets look at who these JW's are.

  " However, not all will be willing to conform to God’s will. Isaiah 26:10 says: “Though the wicked one should be shown favor, he simply will not learn righteousness. In the land of straightforwardness he will act unjustly and will not see the eminence of Jehovah.” These wicked ones will be put to death permanently during Judgment Day.— Isaiah 65:20 .

  By the end of Judgment Day, surviving humans will have “come to life” fully as perfect humans. (Revelation 20:5) Judgment Day will thus see the restoration of mankind to its original perfect state. (1 Corinthians 15:24-28) Then a final test will take place.   So the JW's will be restored to perfection, and only they have survived. What is this final test? Oh, that is where Satan is released to gather some of who is left after Armageddon (Perfected JW's remember) FOR WAR!

  Revelation 20: 7 When the thousand years are completed, Satan will be released from his prison, 8 and will come out to deceive the nations which are in the four corners of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together for the war; the number of them is like the sand of the seashore.

  This false belief that they will not go to war is incorrect based on their own publications.

  Again, it is a very good question. I'm not sure if you will get a complete answer from a Jw in good standing, be cause it will require them to step outside of the WT and addres the issue.

  I am very happy you brought this up as I too will ask this, in hopes of getting an answer. If I do get one I'll be sure to send it your way.

  Excellent question and welcome. Thank you for this little nugget.

  From thier own literature, it is said that without their direction, you could not understand the scriptures. So maybe you just aren't thinking the way they are.

  Or maybe it is becasue those who are in the Org are sooo much closer to Jehovah.

  Again, it could be that in those times the org was in its infantcy and thus that specific preacher had not yet come in, but would very soon.

  Or the most logical conclusion is IT'S A CULT.

  Witnesses and care of the elderly

  my uber jw mother fell and broke her arm a couple of weeks ago.

  first off no one told me until 5 days later when i called to check in with her.

  there was someone staying with her at the time but that person was going to have to go elsewhere for a week.

  Sadly, it appears she is of no use to them now. This has been my observation, one is only looked to for what they can give and once that is gone so is the support.
