now of course, i, being british myself by birth do not believe the british are smelly or dirty, however, i must tell our british brothers that there is a recurring stereotype about the englishman that is held by australians.

they pull it out of the hat like a white rabbit, constantly.

actually, I think it's the fact that UK actors look like real people and don't have the 'movie star' cosmetic smiles that most US actors have so the perception is that .... brits don't care for their teeth.

we can't all have a $10,000 Tom Cruise smile. I say, vive la difference!

we finally got everything up and running.. my mum is new here and would love to meet you all.. i've told her what a bunch of great people you are and that she is amongst friends here.. she has been through the wts crap and after finding out about the sexual abuse cover ups, she and dad da'ed.. but i'll let her tell you the rest.

well, for those of us who won't be going out of town this week.. 3 cheers for all the folks who will be making it to the green bay apostafest, safe journey to and from all the goings-on there.

ok, i am going to be here (at home and on-line), and of course not working late friday night into saturday morning (july 18/19).. there's a pretty damn good rock station that broadcasts from hamilton, ontario.

that's about 70 kms.

i was reading in the religion page of the newspaper today that the mormons are enjoying romance novels in which descriptions of the characters' sex lives are limited to little more the first kiss--- that could happen after they are engaged to be married........any ideas of what a jw romance novel might be like?

Ran into two JW's in service today, I was on !!!, it was classic !!!

well, for some reason i was up extra early today, understand i am night person and usually sleep to 11 or so today i was up at 9 and decided to take the dogs out before it got to hot outside.

i hadn't been gone 3 minutes and as i came out of my street onto another i bumped into 2 jw's (females) getting out of their suv.

they asked do you have a couple of minutes.

btw, sounds like you went to my old KH. perfect description of the parking lots.

also, most of the wealthy jw's i knew were driving their caddys on the backs of the poor minimum wagers who worked for them. so they're no different from the rest of the world, which i have pointed out to my parents so many times i'm sure they are sick of it.
