well my mom has been a jw ever since i was 5 but was studying since before i was born, i am now 21 and hate every minute of it.

i could never stand it, she knows i dont like it but still makes me go preaching and go to the meetings and what not, your probably asking yourself why dont i just leave?

well shes the one who pays for my college and everything tht i need.

well does your mother make you go out in service WITH her or can you find a way to go out in service without her? cause if she just wants to see hours on your field service report then i would say FAKE THEM.

i never faked a single hour on mine but i went from beliving to having doubts to realizing it was all horses*** and leaving in one fell swoop. if i had to hang on and knew it was bull then i wouldnt have had a problem faking hours and s*** to make them shut up.

if on the other hand you do have to be there in her car i would do what was recommended above and say you will only go to the door by yourself and then appologise and say your mother is a jw and your sorry you have to bother them and wish them a nice day.

it's one of those movies that words fail utterly to capture--which really is the hallmark of a good movie, i suppose.

first of all- a little history.

my ex-wife a fanatic jw seems to be in a pissing match ( not of my choosing ) with me over trying to get my son back into the jw cult.

he's 25, been out of the witnesses since 17 and he is very happy with his life .he has a great girlfriend, he enjoys gardening growing his own vegetables and he is a performing singer/guitarist now writing songs and performing in front of hundreds of people .

At a 2 day assembly ...the point that the brother spoke about that drove me mad....."don't hug your husband, wife or child during prayer".

i attended one day of a two day assembly and did ok until the very last talk.

the brother was from bethal and well jw's pay closer attention to their talks, cause that is when some new info is given,,,right.

well anyways i lost focus and began to daydream, cause it became one of those talks that just talks about wasting time.

are jehovah's witnesses really the only religion that promotes and preaches the name of jehovah?.

jw's are always claiming that they are the only religion that preaches and uses the name jehovah, and that is why only they will be saved.

yeah thats what they do. they claim that no other religions use jehovahs name. ive been to a buncha churches after leaving the cult trying to find one that fits me well. meaning the music is good and the pastor keeps me awake with good sermons that actually are from the bible. where you get a warm friendly atmosphere the moment you walk in the door. i have found several churches that fit those critera but unfortunately then i end up moving somewhere else for work or such.

i can firmly name at least half a dozen of the churches i have been to have used jehovahs name regularly in their sermons and in their worship music so you can stack that up with these same churches who consider themselves to be part of the body of christ. meaning they work with other churches even different denominations all over the world. so they are helping people in other countries. you know......... another thing the wt cult claims that only they do. world wide brotherhood monopoly......... yeah my bum lol.

EXPOSING JW'S AT THE 7-11 THIS MORNING

i'm getting coffee at the 7-11 about 8:30 this morning , in the parking lot i see this guy i know and his wife talking to some jw's in the parking lot.

i go over and say hi joe and wife, i play stupid and ask do you go to church with these people.

they say no they are preaching jesus to us.

of course he went to church with all of these so called neighbors right........... they were just taking care of their own werent they....... what...... they only knew him and his family in passing.

thats what im talking about, when katrina happened and afterwards my so called elder holier than tho father went to louisanna to HELP. who did he help? only JWs, screw the others cause they are going to die in armageddon right lol no sense wasting time effort or food on them. and all he could do was bad mouth the red cross and other agencys who came down there to help everyone.

why did he bad mouth them? because when they found out that the F***ing jws were only coming into the camps to find other jws they didnt want them to come in. big shock............. help everyone or piss off. instead same prejudices happening. he kept claiming that the red cross got paid for each person they helped and didnt want to lose any of that money if the jws took out any people.......... what a crock of s***.

my wife however worked with the redcross at ground zero, and also in florida when the katrina victims were relocated there as a councilor. she knows what red cross does and is just appalled at the jws............ just evil.
