Am I In A Judicial Loophole? - advice please....

i hope everyone is doing well.. .

is there anyone out there well-versed in the 'shepherd' book and judicial proceedings?.

a wee bit o' background..... i have been 'out' for about 3 years now.

dude they need two witnesses to supposed unchristian conduct. have your parents SEEN any? if your telling them what your doing....... make up your mind what you want to happen.

if you want to keep them in your life the QUIT TELLING THEM anything they can use against you. deny deny deny. or make a clean break. that is something that is entirely up to you. if your out of state and have no plans to return(like myself) then it dosent matter what you do. if you, on the other hand, will be returning and dont want to have the df stigma then make up your mind accordingly.

facts are.......... the elders can disfellowship you for any reason, real or made up. they will need two witnesses to say they saw it, and you do not have to be there. they will write you a damn letter and who cares where they send it. many people here have gotten just such a letter and trashed it........... made no contact with the elders and were still dfed.

this is not a democracy where you are owed your day in court.................... its a kangaroo court and they will do whatever the hell they want to.

Why would a young sister marry an old brother?

i recall a ms brother about 62 years old dating and marrying a sister about 30 years younger.

i respect their choice and if they are in love, well good for them.

but i don't think it's to the best interest of the younger one...... do jw's accept bigger age differences in marriage than other religions?.

what ive seen a hell of alot of is simply to many sisters and not enough brothers. soooo they either brainwash them to WAIT for the new system, and i know entirely to many girls who have a nice house and a good job but are getting into the 35 years of age range......... and no prospects...... why?

reason is these rare comoditys.......... single brothers are doing what makes the most sense.. ........... they are looking for their best option. if you find love......... its blind and can make you fall for someone of any type.

if you dont find love you start looking and you are gonna naturally start at the top and work your way down. by that i mean you are gonna look at the most attractive whether it be physically or intelligently or finacially, which ever floats your boat.

if you are 40 years old and have been an elder for a few years........ are you gonna look for the bride to be your age or are you gonna try and snag that hot 18yr old pioneer sister whos an only child and whos parents are loaded. you do the math. then if that dosent work you go for the next one whos 18 and 1/2 and has some of her own money.

is it right? is it the best choice? nah i dont think it is. i married a woman a couple years older than me who is awesome and intelligent and a much bigger pain in my a$$ than i imagined.......... but then again im the same to her lol.

these poor young sisters who have no options except those that are frowned on in the circuit but dont want to "LEAVE JEHOVAH" or wait for who knows how long. kinda like shooting fish in a bucket.

win them over with your massively over stuffed..................... feild service report or your 12 year old oldsmobile that the circuit overseer used to drive.

damn shame............. and yet you hear those few who choose to remain single.......... people will talk like their saints chooseing jehovah over a happy married life.

i would like to be a fly on the wall the day they meet god and he says ............... I DIDNT ASK YOU TO STAY SINGLE, you did this out of brainwashed cultivity not because it pleased me.............

i have a question about my religion.

when people turn apostate, why do they seem kinda... weird.

they turn back to false teachings and their bible knowledge even proves that.

Nah, my religion is fine. I done a lot of research on my religion, long with looking up old WatchTower articles. I find nothing wrong with it, and I know how many times those apostate websites misquoted the WatchTower articles.. So if anyone is misleading, its them. So like I said, Don't anyone tell me what I need to know, because I know it all already

these so called "apostate" websites you speak of often resort to useing DIRECT SCANS of the publications in question so that IDIOTS are forced to consider............ if this is a picture of the actual publications....... then it HAS TO BE WHAT THE SOCIETY PUBLISHED.

your religion is built upon the blood of thousands of innocents. its easy to look at how they do things and see what their true goals are.

those goals are not to help people come to worship god. all you have to do is look at the flock book and how the instructions there are designed for them NOT TO BE SUED. then they give updates to be written by hand so they can be denied as comeing from them

they take pedophiles and remove them from service in their congregations for a while and do not allow the person who was molested to go to the police........... but later on........... if that molester moves from cong to cong and the elders want to use him............... they write to his old cong and make them DESTROY HIS RECORDS........ why would they do that? because WHEN he does it again the courts could serve papers and take those records to prove that the religon knew about his being a molester and thus get SUED.

a religion should be concerned about helping people........... not about their finacials.

unfortunately your entirely to brainwashed to comprehend that. you probably think that since your cult materials are given out freely for a donation in this country that shows they are not out for the money.......... do you know that in other third world countries theys till SELL the publications. the only reason they arent doing that here is the fact they have to pretend to be a noprofit religous org.

What the hell is the MATTER with these people?

i work nights so when i get off i'll run by walmart to grab something to make for breakfast or just if i need something or whatever.

this morning at 6:55 (i know because i looked at my watch) a little black girl maybe 7 years old came up to me by herself to offer me a tract... i mean come on it's still full freaking dark out and this poor little kid is handing out tracts alone.

i asked her "where are your parents.

you know, anyone can lose track of a child. that is a fact because my son is into EVERYTHING, but i still keep him contained and safe. there is NO WAY i would ever be away from my child especially in a parking lot.

all a person would have to do to that little girl was say..... how much is the tract..... and then have them come over to their car so they could get them some money.............................. another horrible tradgedy.

a friend of mine worked for one of the theme parks in orlando florida, he said that they were told when they get the alert that a child was missing to get the parents to the exit gates and make them look at each and every child because some people will take them into a bathroom and change the way they look or drug them and stuff them inside their coats. hard to do with a 7 yr old but if people are that crazy why the hell would you dare take any sort of chance.

Girls living alone....

my husband and son are gone until this monday.

i'm kinda freaked out and let the dogs sleep on my husbands side of the bed.. doors are locked, windows secured, phone by my side.

i finally get to sleep, and at the ungodly hour of midnight the door bell is ringing and the dogs go nuts!

friend of mine...... ok ok idiot friend of mine.

came home seriously late, like 3 or 4 in the morning, probably snuck out in the first place. didnt have his key or had lost it so he was fiddleing with the door to the kitchen to get inside his parents house...... his dad hears someone attempting to break in the kitchen so he comes down stairs in the pitch black........ yells "WHOS THERE" his son is pissed he got caught so he says "WHO DO YOU THINK"................

(insert shotgun being pumped sound effect).............................. "ITS ME DAD ITS ME DONT SHOOOOOOOOOOOT"

michael moore stirs the pot for his own fame. cant blame him for that but he dosent tell the whole truth, but then again who does.

alex jones confronted Moore and asked why he didnt include alot of other documented facts in faranite 911....... he didnt respond beyond saying "that would be unamerican"

moore has his own agenda and our plight wouldnt make him enough money

in time tho there will be documentarys about the witnesses....... its a fact.

My sisters wedding...

i had to make arrangements for my kids to be babysat somewhere else until after the wedding.

i find this whole situation amuseing........... those bastard elders think they can make any damned rule they want and the mindless will just follow it.

when i left i decided that i would fade and not send a DA letter..... why? because i no longer reconise their authority over me. if i sent that letter it would be me continueing to give them control over me.

because of that i put my real picture up, i dont care about those fools and they WILL not tell me what i can or cannot do.

if i were you.... and im not, I WOULD go to the wedding AND the reception, and i would take anyone i wanted with me. when you pay for something you get rights. hell if we were close to you me and my wife would come with you just to piss them off. (them being the elders and such not your sister, she loves you and would love to see you there no matter what they say)

i would completely ignore what she said to you and if the elders try and crucify her she can say she told you not to come and that is as far as she could enforce it. hell even if you didnt smoke i would buy a huge cigar and have someone show me how to light one so i could burn one right there in his face.

now for a funny experience from my own personal wedding. both of us met here, and were pretty much in the same place regarding hateing the wt. we were former pioneers who served in the congregation and had excellent reputations. we both pretty much faded so our dub family could come to the wedding. now my wife had an uncle who was very important in her district. horrible sob in real life but thousands of people in south florida flocked to him. to get him to give a wedding talk for you was like getting a member of the governing body to do it. he would make you jump through hoops and talk to the elder body in both congs to see what kind of people he would be marrying and then if there was so much as a blemish he would refuse......

there was nothing that would have stopped us from getting married in a hall........ hahahah AS IF we wanted to walk through the damn doors of one ever again. but we made our choice........ gonna get someone else to do the wedding at the venue of our choice........ well her choice.

this is where it gets funny......... if we would have asked his pompus fake ass to marry us.......... he wouldnt have done it for the world. but because we didnt, and not only that wouldnt allow him to........... he was trying to insist. problem was some witlessness knew my wife was getting married and would wonder why he wasnt giving the talk. and would assume that his neice had done something bad or something which would reflect upon his own sterling reputation in the cong( cause they didnt know the real him)

they even tried to come in late so they wouldnt have to listen to some so called WORLDLY PREACHER say the prayer.............. lol but wife was late and so they came in right as the prayer was starting lol
