It you may have to watch a few times to understand, but I think he makes some valid points. One that I like was explanation of the meaning of the phrase "Gene Swarm" It in the section where he starts answering questions.

You buy them on the internet, they are legal, and pretty cheap, it is illeagal to boil them and ingest them. The governments are not too fond of the idea I suppose because they make one "question authority" as they tend to make one break out of governmental programming, and see the flaws in a capitalist society more clearly among other things.
