Interesting read.
Of course not.
God hates you; but God is hungry and needs you to help Him eat your soul. He chuckles to himself that He cannot only suck out your life and being, but He can make you believe the lie as well.
Absurd? Far from it. The Bible, in fact, indicates that this is true, if one reads between the lines. If one analyses the personality of the type of person who would write a book like the Bible, you will discover that it could only be written by the most sadistic, amoral megalomaniac in history. This He is, dwarfing microscopically the atrocities of Hitler, Stalin, Vlad the Impaler, and all the other butchers combined.
As ruler of the universe, God is responsible for all the senseless slaughter and tortures that exist here. He admits that He controls everything, and that the universe is exactly the way He wants it.
And what is the alternative if you are looking for guidance and hope? For a meaning to the universe, a spirituality? You may find it in the noble battle against the demented tyrant known as God. You will find it in thinking for yourself. You will find it in transcendental human love.
God cannot offer nor accept human love. He can only accept love of God and there is no room for human's self-love. Love thyself first. That is the only way to win the battle against the killer of everyone.
God believes that because He created mankind, He has the right to arbitrarily destroy any human that strikes His fancy. Do your parents have the right to kill you if such a whim strikes? Certainly not. But God believes that by keeping us in awe and fear of His power we will remain oblivious to the fact that morality applies to God as well as man. Morality is only of value if it is universal, and if we adopted God's morals, all life on earth would be swiftly ended.
Why does God hate us? Why have we been put into such an unenviable position as this? It is because we are capable of being better. Unlike God, we have free will and can choose our destiny. God would love to convince us that everything is destined and set; that the choicest morsels will walk dreamily into His gaping maw. But we don't have to. And this disrupts His fantasy of omnipotence; because that is the catch, the belief that God is all-powerful is a blatant lie. He has no power over you if you choose to act on your own self-defined spirituality.
But be warned, God has many masks, and behind each and every one of them is His slavering toothy grimace. Whichever spirituality you pick, there must not be any absolute God. If there is, the dogma will attract him to you like a shark to blood, and when you die, you will be consumed by His hunger along with the billion other ignorants.
God does use His power, and that power is considerable. He uses it to make the world an existential hell, a place where relationships are difficult and disadvantaged, where hope is nearly impossible without denial of the obvious. And a perfect trap for His prey. Because it is only with the belief that there is some form of salvation can He trick us into trading our potential in this world for a magnificent myth in the next.
The metaphor of Christ as the shepherd, and we as His flock is never more true. He uses His dogs to corral us in on His property, so at His leisure He can fleece us and turn us into mutton when we have no other uses left. And there are no exceptions because sheep are not pets.
Is God evil? What a good question. And, yes, it is a paradox. There is no such thing as evil; evil only exists in opposition to God. It is just the other side of the same monster. But far more true to His nature.
Without God, the universe would be perfect by definition. In that circumstance, all people would be able to live their lives without interference; and have few obstacles to the goal of having a genuine and honest life. Most people would be happy, and wouldn't you like to be a part of that?
God must be killed. There is no other alternative, and there is nothing about him that is valuable. He is outside of nature; a cancer or a vampire on the rest of the universe. God has no sex, even though we call him a He. God would have to have a partner to be sexed and He is too selfish to share anything with anyone. He has no other purpose other than tricking us and perpetuating His existence.
Did you ever wonder why God is invisible? It is because He has something to hide. He is frightening and horrible to behold. God is an It, with all the connotations. He is alien and malevolent beyond measure. He is absolute nightmare.
You are probably wondering exactly what will happen to you in the afterlife if you don't get eaten by God. I wonder too. Sorry, I'm human, and still alive at present. Perhaps we will go to a true heaven to enjoy the company of a true God who is not a bully and never wrote a book. Perhaps we will just wander around aimlessly until we do ourselves in by jumping into the mouth of the hungry God. Perhaps the afterlife is horrible; but certainly anything's better than what we have in store for us otherwise.
Anything is better than being duped into being digested slowly over eons of time in His equivalent of a stomach. He lives on pain. And He must be starved to death.
Amen.
Joy and good fortune be with you.
Now it's up to you. The destiny of your soul is in your hands.
"I will act against you in wrathful hostility. You shall [be made to] eat of the flesh of your sons and the flesh of your daughters. I will destroy your holy places and cut down your incense stands, and I will heap upon your carcasses your lifeless fetishes..."I will lay your cities in ruin and make your sanctuaries desolate I shall make the land desolate, so that your enemies who settle in it shall be appalled I will unsheath the sword against you." (Leviticus 26:28-33)
"The Lord sent angelic serpents among the people. They bit the people and many of the Israelites died." (Numbers 21:6)
"And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood." (Revelation 6:12)
"And a fire went forth from the Lord and consumed the two hundred and fifty men offering the incense." (Numbers 16:35)
