If he wants to go back to the JWs he is emotionally unstable. You will not have a happy relationship.

Either he leaves that religion, or you won't be happy togeather. He will eventually become emotionally saddened because you can't be converted.

firefly, I read the last couple of posts between you and sixofnine. I'm really sorry that you were attacked that way. It was unfair and uncalled for. I really appreciate the insight that you've given me. I looked up your post history and see that you've really gone through a difficult time yourself.

And just for the record, i too have done a lot of jw research and toyed with the idea of converting if it meant being able to keep my bf. When it comes down to it though, i know that a jw life is not what i want, however i guess that means that i too am a "troll".

And their style of writing is similar as well....

Good catch Halfwaythere! I am to the point where I think every newbie here is a complete fraud. I apologize in advance for thinking any lurker who comes onto the board as an active poster is a complete fraud.

I had not noticed the ip addresses being the same, but i'm on my home computer and i don't share it with anyone else. I'm the only one here besides my five year old nephew. I don't know too much about this, but can an ip address be hacked? I've actually received a few e-mails over the past week or so responding to e-mails that i never even sent.

If he wants to be reinstated then he will have to either marry you, which would be frowned upon, or he will be expected to dump you.
If he marries you then it will be his goal to get you in the religion

This is how it is. To return, he must marry you or dump you and if he marries you he will do everything he can to get you to join too. And you can expect the pressure to be intense.

You must make up your own mind about what to do. You may love him very much. If not, no question about it, dump him. If you love him though, that is very hard to do. The guy is feeling guilty. He is also afraid of the future, because he does not realize yet that the WT is not the 'truth'. And he is probably missing his family and friends. His family may even be pressuring him to return, Put together, this may be a mountain that you cannot overcome. If at all possible, get him to read Crisis of Conscience. If he refuses, you have probably already lost him...
