So how come the "impotent" god - and more specifically, Goddesses - of paganism existed on Earth long before your Johnny-come-lately Middle Eastern god(s), huh?
The blazingly obvious logic of that seems to escape most Christians - your 'god' is 3,500 years old - let's say 4,000 years old AT MOST - but many of the 'pagan' [more accurately, HEATHEN] gods - and ESPECIALLY the GODDESSES - are far, far older!!! Almost TEN TIMES as old, as a matter of fact... Goddess worship being AT LEAST 35,000 years old... I never cease to be amazed at the hubris of Christians who claim ownership of the earth for a 'god(s)' that wasn't around for most of human history, let alone being around for the beginning of the planet...
