AWAKE&WATCHING
Climbing trees, I would sit in a tree and read for hours.
Catching frogs and lizards.
Blowing bubbles. I still carry bubbles with me where ever I go. It's amazing to me how people react. No matter what age they are, they can't help but smile.

Getting a treat once a week and trying to stretch it to the next
Going to church and having the older ladies hug and fuss over me

Teaching my nieces, nephews, and other children how to read
There are sooo many more...

AWAKE&WATCHING
Playing kickball.
Having a race on the playground at school or in the neighborhood. I could run faster than all the boys and I beat everybody. I really loved that.
Hearing the ice cream man coming from down the block. Everyone would scatter to their respective homes to get money for a treat.

The Oracle
Hey Mary!
We are soul mates!
My first bike-ride around Fort Wilderness Campground at Disney World;
I have to admit - it is a special memory for me too. The cool way the whole camp was designed. All those fun street names. At the time I thought that this was the way it was going to be in the new system everywhere.

Watching the Christmas tree going up. When I was little, that used to be a lot of fun. I would like to watch my parents putting up the lights, and then the bulbs and other ornaments, and finally the tinsel. And then watching it with the lights on.
