Please give an example of a mess or disaster created by evolutionary theory? I'm intrigued

For one I have had to sit in the hospital with inmates after they try to hang themselves because they are depressed and think that there is no meaning or purpose to life and we all just evolved from an amoeba.

When they think there is no meaning or purpose they tend to crave and do evil and that leads them to jail where God lives to teach them about the bible and love and doing good.

Evil= gangster rap, death metal music. Robbing, stealing, murdering, rapeing, maiming, child molestation.

No meaning, no purpose anything goes.

At least some relgions and bible belivers teach about doing good.

God= good orderly direction.

I have read Darwin, Dawkins, the portable atheist. I dont think its good for society, working in the trenches with their victims.

And what you call evoltion just appears to be science, both sides have and equal claim to science.

You call it evolution and other degreed science professionals call it adaptation.

Do you have credible scientific arguments against specific pieces of the evolutionary theory?
I think not, as you see the need to smear evolutionists by associating them with atheists.
And why is it that atheists are so frightful to you, or do you hold them in contempt for merely not agreeing with you?

This thread is ridiculous; serious biologists believe in evolution. For most of them, it had has absolutely nothing to do with their belief in a god or not.

Atheists don't need anything; they especially don't need to believe in a supreme being in order to get through the day. So what? And if you want to believe in God, or feel the heat has had a positive effect on your life, so what? But these two subjects, God, and evolution, have absolutely nothing in common. Evolution is a matter of established science fact; religion is a matter of belief.

You seem to have put the cart before the horse; I suspect that most people come to question the existence of God when they realize there is a huge body of evidence supporting the current theory of evolution.

Junction guy: yes evolutionary theory changes; but then, that is the advantage of science-- when facts disprove ideas, they are discarded.

Too bad religion never got the hang of discarding bad ideas.

This is not a case of evolution failing anyone. It seems more to me in the case of someone conditioned to believe in creation only; it is a much more true statement that Bible believers need creation, rather than atheists needing evolution.

To me this points up the whole problem of believing something as absolute truth when there is no proof for it; I am speaking here about Christianity that believes in biblical inerrancy. It certainly is possible for people to feel hopeful and positive without believing in a god that is articulated by the fundamentalists of today.

Many evolutionists believe in God; how many times does this need to be stated?

There have been numerous threads that you have been party to explaining the basics of evolutionary theory, you have also stated that you have read books on evolution, why do you need it explaining again?

As a European, it always surprises me when Americans are impressed by the lower crime rates in European cities. You know creationism is almost non-existent among European christian theists. As far as my country is concerned, I can't see any connection between belief in evolution and crime

You Europeans have a lower crime rate because you cant defend yourself.

America and people who believe in the bible have to come rescue you everytime you get your tit in the ringer.

You people are not even men enough to have the rights to bear arms. Rights have to be fought for and fought to be retained.

My European ancestors where of the gene pool of they werent going to take the shxt of the monarchy and surfdom that your forefathers tolerated. So we here in America are a little rougher all the way around.

If your calling science evolution, then I guess many people who believe in science believe in God.

And some who call science evolution believe in God.

Some have an agenda, some are looking for truth.

Some are forcing square pegs into round holes.

A lot of people that believe in evolution thnk that man came from the apes.

And a lot of people that believe in evolution swear the earth is millions of years old, and that life started out as an amoeba.

What ever the age of the earth the dating methods have all been placed under a cloud of doubt.

Also history begins at a time that agrees with a young earth, the bible, and man and life being created.

Keep some aspirin handy for headaches, and perhaps a towel ready to wipe up any drool as you give real thought to what you read. If you continue to exercise your reasoning abilities, rather than simply accepting what a pro-evolution "scientist" (what an oxymoron) has written, you will find that evolution is really just a stupid, imaginary fictional story.

Evolution fairy tales will eventually be taught in literature classes rather than science classes, along with Greek myths. Intelligent people have had it with pseudo-scientists pushing evolution bullcrap more dogmatically than any preacher that ever existed. Pro-evolutionists truly personify the statements "there's none so blind as those who will not see", the "emperor has no clothes", and "the greatest obstacle to discovery is not ignorance, it is the illusion of knowledge."

Read something worthwile, something that will actually benefit you and your fellow man, rather than the poppycock of the pro-evolution foxes guarding the henhouse. The jig is up, open your eyes and abandon that pack of lies while there is still hope for you.
