N-kiki, you've come to ask a question like this on the biggest anti-jws/ apostate web site there is on the net,

you truly are a nut case of sorts.

You haven't realized as of yet your involved with a big business corporate religious cult that endeavors to manipulate

and exploit people to make them powerful and wealthy.

Based on that I truly feel sorry for you, your willingness to reinsert yourself to this dangerous and damaging organization

is a sad and disgusting thing to observe, perhaps one day you'll wake up to reality that serving corrupt men is not a good

    thing for anyone including yourself.

do they have the right to read the heart...

The right?? There is no way they can read anybody's heart or else they wouldn't even try to establish a link between a persons devotion to God/Jehovah and the act by the Watchtower of disfellowshipping. Disfellowshipping is punishment..it's not a loving nor a kind action. Depending on your circumstances, which Elders like you or don't..it can take 1 year or in cases we know, there is so much family interaction and hatred, that it could go on for 10 years. Elders don't read hearts - they simply apply the rules as they wish. sammieswife.

One cool thing you can do if you get re-instated is to immediately start missing meetings right after you are readmitted to the club. That way, some may wake up and realize the so-called "holy spirit" has not been cornered by the WTS.

A recent KM school told elders (I was one at the time) that people were getting reinstated too fast. Suggested at least a year before reinstatement.

N-kikl. Are you reading anything that anyone is saying this thread?

Why don't you just ask the elders in your hall about this stuff? They are the ones that are going to be judging you (reading your hart LOL) in the long run, not us.

BTW: welcome to the board. stick around awhile and learn some stuff about the truth.

Your current hall will conduct the reinstatement hearing, they will probably call or write the old hall for details though.

I would also encourage you to call your local elders. Call them early, call them often, thats what they are there for. They put these burdens on you, certainly they are the ones who should be harassed errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr, called for any additional questions you have.
