I only conside people apostate that actively appose witnesses like 'V' or gilead those that have made destroying witnesses their whole agenda.
The rest I just consider anti-witnesses if their Jw hate has become a defining factor in their life.

*sighs* I'm afraid it doesn't matter what you consider the definition of an apostate is Reniaa. The society is quite clear on this. An apostate is someone who believes something contrary to the society's teachings. They don't have to "actively oppose". They don't even have to share the thoughts they have between their ears with another soul. It's a thought crime.

My whole reason for this thread was to point out revenge and hate are not what God wants from his people.
I see a lot of justifying but no real understanding of the point I made initially, Spike made the best one....
