She hurts herself and has talked about killing herself many times. her family has a nasty history of this, her sister has actually attempted suicide on two different times. this is aside from her being a flight risk. She has already up and left with my son wth out me knowing about it. I do not know anyone in there right mind that thinks its safe for a baby to be with someone who is that mentally unstable. 2. You are not a JW
Therefore, you are evil and only wife can give your child a life worth living. You can never be a worthy father since you are NOT a JW, even a suicidal, unpredictable and mentally unstable one.

I know others here are supportive I am not coming down on you guys. It was just a bit upsetting and new for me to hear people talking about things that they just do not know or understand. I really appriciate the help i recieved so far, like those articles that I really neeeded.
Ill check My PM right now. Oh and as far as the suicide/hurting herself talk. That doesn't mean that I will get custody right away. I have no evidence to prove its true and there is no way she will admitt it in court. Thats why I have to take the blood route. Thanks guys.

One way to get that is record everything over the phone. Oregon is a "One party state" meaning that only one party (you) needs to know that the call is being recorded.
