I beleive that, in regards to the trinity doctrine, it is a case of live and let live.
The doctrine is not needed for salvation nor is it a basis for it, it is a doctrine of understanding the relationship between The Father, The Son and the HS.
Some "get it", some don't and some don't "need" to.
Its OK, in regards to the Trinity we can agree to disagree.
