We have plenty of elders and ex-elders who have handles such cases. They know how it works

Mad, again I say, it's not the fact that they exist that is the problem. They exist EVERYWHERE! It's an epidemic. There are JW child molesters. There are Catholic molesters. There are Baptist molesters. There are Atheist molesters.
The problem is that the society is happy to help the molesters KEEP IT QUIET. Their policy is nothing short of DEMONIC. You think this organization looks so good. Well, Satan fooled you. He makes himself out to be an angel of light. (2Co 11:14)
How can you dare say that YOU hate molesters more than ME?!? I hate that act AND I hate the act of covering it up and not exposing it! You belong to an organization that does that latter.

Men aren't the only sexual abusers.
I just want to re-iterate this because it's so often over-looked. My ex-wife's abuser was a pioneer sister who "loved to babysit". After she molested my ex (as a young child) my ex told her parents, who told the elders. The elders said they couldn't trust my ex on her word alone, and that her parents shouldn't call the police or tell anyone, but they should 'peacefully' stop letting the woman babysit their daughter. (The elders specifically told her parents not to go to the police.)
My ex later found out that the woman molested at least 7 other girls, including 3 of her best friends. Last we heard, she was still a pioneer.

I just had to come back for this one. I have KNOWN more sexual abusers in my life than most people even know personally

- man in park - reported to police - man finally caught and arrested
- man in mirror store - reported to police - man arrested and went to jail
- man in car - never caught

- neighbor

- owner of boarding house (different than the first)
- boy in school
age 11
- father - reported to police - arrested
- boy in street
age 11 - with Witnesses
- step-father - reported to elders but they did not report to police
- 3 uncles - 2 never reported - 1 reported to elders - he was a minor so was sent to live somewhere else
age 12
- step-father - never reported but elders knew
age 18 - 33
- husband who became an elder while we were married - not reported but finally told elders
age 33
- raped by friend

Think about THIS 'brother' dan: you, for SOME reason, leave have left your small kid alone and they are molested.
Regardless of how it is handled- would you, your wife, or your child WANT all to know about it?
Or, are you implying we do the Catholic/Baptist thing- and just cover over it if it's an elder- maybe even putting him in another congregation so he can molest again?
(Trying hard to hold back my Sarcasm- but it's HAAAAARRRRDDDDDD, when all of you cop this attitude...)
